VOTER NATURALIZATION ACT

An act to establish a naturalization phase for new and returning nations.

Proposed by Ghostopolis and Authored by Asairia

     1.          Definitions.

               1.2.          All forms of "Naturalization" shall refer to the act of acquiring full citizenship; and

               1.2.          Within this act, "Immigrant" shall mean any nation currently without citizenship.

     2.          Any new or returning citizen who enters the region within one (1) week of an election shall be:

               2.1.          Flagged as an immigrant by the Minister of Immigration, regardless of their past citizenship status;

               2.2.          Informed that they will qualify for citizenship approval after the election by the Minister of Immigration; and

               2.3.          Prohibited from running for Minister or serving as Vice Minister until after the election.

     3.          If a nation with current or past citizen status emigrates from the region, they shall be:

               3.1.          Revoked of their citizenship status if they are gone for more than twenty-four (24) hours; and

               3.2.          Required to go through this naturalization if they rejoin within the time limitations set forth by this act.

Voting began on Sunday, January 29th and will end on Friday, February 3rd.
