I've PMed him asking if he could do a "Cry Reads" of my book but haven't received a reply... I sent it last year.

It's just a large adventure book of Anime-like qualities (only the good stuff, i can't really elaborate more without giving much away.)

If Cry reads it, then I'll happily put up a link to a page which has the first chapter. (It hasn't been fully written yet.)

School takes up most of my time, but I enjoy creative writing, my imagination and vidja games. c:

Ah, it sounds good to me.
It is always good to see a fellow writer. What's your favourite story? Doesn't have to be a book, it could be a game or an anime or something. :)

Hi there! Welcome to the four hams. What genre do you enjoy reading?
Bastion has an amazing story, as well as Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective (a not so well known DS game)

Book: i'd say the Alex Rider series is quite enjoyable, as well as George Orwells 1984. (I haven't seen another teen that shares my like age of the book, oddly.

Aaaaaaaaaand anime, Kaichou wa Maid sama is the best I've seen. (best of its genre really, although i'm not into the maid stuff. Story is awesome.)

As for genre, Adventure/fantasy capture my tastes. :3

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I'm yet to finish Bastion sadly. I just kind of stopped playing it when my family moved and haven't got back into it. I've heard of Ghost Trick but I've never played it.

I did enjoy the Alex Rider series but after the fourth book I lost interest. I read 1984 when I was 18, I turned 19 - two weeks ago, and the everyone on my creative writing course is around the 19-21 age and they all enjoy it. Saying that, I don't know you're age and I imagine it would be fairly difficult for a younger teenager to get into.

Adventure fantasy is best genre.
If you ever get the chance I suggest reading Ruin by Samsun Lobe. He's not the greatest writer, but he's not terrible. He's kind of amateurish in his pacing and sentence structure. His ideas are excellent though. It's a very brutal fantasy book. Fast paced and exciting.

Yeah, you do that! I met him at a convention, he's a pretty cool guy. He's into the Games Workshop Warhammer games and that's cool with me!
