Thanks a lot. I like cubism in general and I've never seen any that uses photography, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

That is, honestly, a really strong start. Your use of two seperate complimentary color schemes is visually assaulting. The choice of "candy colors" in tone makes it pop art sweetness. The composition is really dynamic yet really unified. The flat color areas don't quite mesh with the samurai, but it's not too far off. Maybe if you can figure out a filter that gives a metallic shine to the big color shapes? I would also like to see the tip of the right-hand warrior's head in a different color from the face popping up to complete the image.
