Date: Saturday May 30th (one day event). Time: To Be Confirmed, but probably starting 11am, going until (?) Place: Loughborough University. Herbert Manzoni Building (the rooms used for BOTV) Cost: To Be Confirmed, but around £5 or under Prizes: UDE has confirmed prizes for 50 players. It sounds like we will have lots of prize support, as they are clearing out VS stock. Format: There will be 6 rounds of Swiss then a cut to top 8. The six Swiss rounds will consist of two constructed formats. 3 rounds of Golden Age "bring your own two team" (This format requires the player to nominate two teams which are then automatically crossed over (no need for team-ups). All cards in the deck must refer to one or both of those teams. No generic cards are allowed.) and 3 rounds of Silver Age "Random Punks" (Same as normal Silver Age except No Rares allowed) The top eight games will be best of three, one game with each deck then if required the third game will be randomly determined. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The following errata will be in place for this event. MMK-119: Armed Escort Armed Escort costs 1 less to recruit while you control a Crime Lords character. Equipped character has "Activate -> If you control a defender, remove all defenders from this attack, and equipped character becomes a defender. Use only once per attack." ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I'll post more details as they're confirmed. So, are we looking at a confirmed double-format event? If so, how is it working? GA BYOTT and Silver Age (or is it Silver Punks) |

Yes. It will be standard swiss pairing for 6 rounds, just with two different formats. Then cut to top eight. |
