I will start one of these each Friday, for each type of card. Your criteria can be whatever you want. You can use pure power, money winnings, or tummy tickling favoritism. Characters first. (It will surely be difficult, so maybe we should do top threes.) What is the best Vs. System character card ever printed? As for me, I choose favorites. 1. Longshot, Rebel Freedom Fighter. Mulletman has ridden shotgun in my hat for three years, and there still exists no greater card for hand advantage. He helped little Stu take down Darwin Kastle, the giant who won a Magic Invitational and is therefore portrayed on the Avalanche Rider card. Plus, the hair always reminds me of David Bowie in Labyrinth. 2. Tattooed Man, Living Ink. This is the kind of combo card I wish we had more of. War Paint is settling in as my Number One deck of all time, if there was one more game before the world ends it would be a no brainer. It's the way I like to play. 3. Squirrel Girl. She simply can't be beat. In the comics, or at the World Championships, or as part of my legacy in the game. Absolutely nuts, in every possible way. |

For me, it has to be; 1. Dr Doom, Diabolic Genius . . . My favourite character of all time and probably the most abused. 2. Ahmed Samsarra. . . Everyone hates him for a reason. 3. Dr Light, 3 Drop. . . If the banned list counts or Blink, Clarice Fergeson. . . if not. Cool thread. |

Stealing thread ides from TCGPlayer huh stu? I'll only post one character and thats it. I really feel like there is no one close to him. Dr. Doom, Diabolic Genius - He allows me to re-use a PT from my resource row, he negates the possibility of my opponets playing PT from their hands, and has a plethora of great cards at his disposal - Mystical Paralysis, Reign of Terror, 2x Doomstadt, Time Thief, Boris, Puppet Master and so forth. Simply an amazing card with awesome support. |

The top three for me would have to be, let's see... 1) Wolverine, Berserker Rage (MOR) - The first VS card I ever laid my eyes on, and caused a lot of fun in the earliest days of my playing the game. 2) Nyssa Raatko, Daughter of the Demon (DLS) - This is the card WE made, and that will always be awesome. 3) Beast, Feline Geneticist (MXM) - You knew one of this guy would show up in my list! As a fan of equipment, I was happy to see both a Beast that could get me some, and was above curve stat wise to boot. |

My Favorite: TASM The Best: Quicksilver ... Mutant Avenger What did you think I was gonna say? Inhuman by Marriage? Pah! I'd rather team attack into your entire board without getting stunned. Plus hitting the board with a 2nd copy on 4 is cool. |

Roy Harper (Sharpshooter version). I loved every single time I got to stun 4 slots up the curve with Harper. The fact that the pump lasted for the turn was ridiculous. I <3 this card. The Calculator (Evil Oracle version). Mostly because this made my favorite deck so good. I loved bouncing to pump, cause my opponent to lose 2 and continue to press out every turn because of it. Granted he was only one piece, but my favorite piece. I seem to have an affinity for three drops because most of the Vs. characters I loved that I can think of are all three drops. Doc Light, Logan, Zazzala, Ahmed, Superman Robots...I dig the three drops. |

Lex Luthor - Nefarious Philanthropist. Game Changer, and feeds into the team strategy sooooo well. How I love to swing with my lex for 50+ FTW. |

Annihilus, Destroyer of Life Blastaar, King of Baluur Superman, LSoK Stu and well most of you all know by now my love for my first two. Superman, LSoK is probly the character I actually enjoy playing more than any other (yes even even over Galactus notice he didn't even make my top three!). The way he impacts the game is just insaine. I absolutly love the character and everything he does for the game. So much fun playing my four foil copies of him. |

Best single character. By his(her)self, no support, no thematic help. I gotta go with Wonder Woman AOP (4) DCL. There's target control, no loyalty, not team stamped, above average stats, & Flight. Only possible improvements [which would make her completely broken] would be Range added and Consealed-optional. |
