I'm going to be posting my 100 deck ideas for the community at large to help me refine. Rules: 1) Only 30 cards allowed per deck 2) Only 2 of any card allowed per deck 3) The decks are limited to 2 teams (and unaffiliated characters) 4) All non-character cards need to refer to the chosen teams (or no teams at all) 5) On-team tutors and pumps and tutors should be used over generic ones (i.e. Legionaires should use New Recruits, not Mobilize) 6) Marvel and DC Universes should be kept seperate when constructing the decks 7) These are ‘Kitchen Table’ decks, not ‘Pro Circuit’ Decks. They can be competitive, but the goal is fun! This is a pretty generic World's Finest build that uses powerful defense plot twists and negation effects 2 Alfred Pennyworth, Faithful Friend 2 Maggie Sawyer, Gotham Central 1 Krypto. Guard Dog 1 Tim Drake ◊ Robin, Titan in Command 2 Barbara Gordon ◊ Oracle, Hacker Elite 1 Batman, Problem Solver 2 Superman, Last Son of Krypton 2 Superman/Batman Robot, Supa-Mecha-Bat 1 Batman, Cape and Cowl 1 Azrael <> Batman, Knightfall 1 Superman, Big Blue Boy Scout 2 Bat-Signal 2 For the Man Who Has Everything 2 Brains and Brawn 2 At Their Finest 2 Impervious 2 The Hook-Up 1 Indestructible 1 Bat Got Your Tongue? Any suggestions? Christo Edit: -1 Krypto +1 Maggie -1 Bat Got Your Tongue -1 Home Sweet Home +2 Brains and Brawn |

We seem to be missing one of the essential PTs: Brains and Brawn. The free recovery is very important when you're depending on having only 2-3 characters out at a time. Home Sweet Home is good for that, but B&B is better in my opinion. HSH also can't respond to some of MKKO's tricks (stupid MKKO, I hate it so much!), while B&B can. At Your Service also rocks my socks off, thus I'd have to find a place for it in my own personal version of this deck. Maggie is so under-rated in this deck. She gets you to team-up single-handedly, and helps Alfred go look for stuff on two. So guess my own version would look mostly like yours except: -1 Robin -1 Krypto -1 Home Sweet Home -1 Bat Got Your Tongue (one well-timed is usually enough in my experience) +1 Maggie Sawyer +2 Brains and Brawn +1 At Your Service I love that you have an 8-Drop in this deck! |

I completely agree with B&B over Home Sweet Home. However, are you not worried about not being able to Bat Signal for your two drop? If Krypo is the only 2 you run, he can't be searched for. That was my logic when I included Robin. If that's never a problem with this deck, how about... -1 Robin +1 Maggie -1 Home Sweet Home +1 Brains and Brawn I'd like to hold off on At Your Service simply because you'll be using excess character cards on The Hook-Up to faciliate card draw. Between Alfred, The Hook-Up, and Barbara Gordon (all necessities), I don't think the deck warrants any more search. Especially a deck packing Bat-Signal and For the Man Who Has Everything! |

This is just based off the decks I have played against, but doesn't the regular build use 4-Drop Batman, Twilight Vigilante 5-Drop Superman, Metropolis Marvel it seems that this would be an advantage to using them over the 3 drop Bats and the no-drop Supes. Expecialy since you 3 drop slot is tied up with Barbara -1 Batman, PS -1 Superman, LSOK +1 BAtman, TV +1 Superman, MM |

Personally, I think the Gotham/JLA build of this deck is much stronger, with JLA 2 drop on 2, Batman on 3, Wonder Woman on 4, and Supes on 5. The Gotham/Team Superman build with Alfred, Maggie, and Barbara on 1-3 tends to concede the first three turns to the opponent, often putting you in a hole that's impossible to dig out of. |

I kinda agree. But it does look like he wants to hit Krypto on 2 so that will soak up a lot of damage on 2 and 3 which leads to 4, where in my opinion Bats needs to be. Double stunning can be a wonderful tide turner, and double stunning a 5 can be a big swing to pull the game to you direction, especially if you have Supes(MM) out to rain on the parade of any low drop or reinforcer. |

I avoided the Trinity approach since I used that 3-4-5 in the JLA/Speed Force deck. The 0 and no cost of Last Son and the Mech combined with Maggie Sawyer mean you won't be taking much endurance loss at all. This is good since you have a hidden three drop. |

I see one problem. If you want to hit Krypto as your 2 drop, Alfred is essentially useless (unless they can't stun Krypto or you have evens) You won't be able to use him until turn 3. Usually, if people are running alfred, they run maggie sawyer as their 2 drop so they can get 2 uses out of alfred if they get their best draw. (Alfred on turn 1, recruit maggie turn 2, use Alfred, and re-recruit Alfred on turn 2). I'm just pointing this out, I don't know how to suggest changing it. |

I wouldn't say that the hole is impossible to dig out of. With 0 endurance lost with Supes and the Sups/Bats Robot stuns the deck can catch on, but I will say it is hard to overcome specially with a deck that can push the beats. In any case I also like the JLA/GK build better unless we are going for the Robot abuse with Teen Supremes. I know that it isn't as strong as other decks out there but I just love playing and winning with decks that use cards from the "mini-sets". |

I agree, that's why I got 2 Alfreds, 2 Maggies, and only one Krypto. Maggie and 2 Alfred uses would probably be an ideal first three resource points. Krypo is just in there to pad the numbers. Hitting something is better than hitting nothing! We could also go with Azrael on seven and Big Blue Boy Scout on 8 instead of Superman on seven and Supergirl on 8. That would be kind of fun! |
