I'm going to be posting my 100 deck ideas for the community at large to help me refine.

Rules:

1) Only 30 cards allowed per deck
2) Only 2 of any card allowed per deck
3) The decks are limited to 2 teams (and unaffiliated characters)
4) All non-character cards need to refer to the chosen teams (or no teams at all)
5) On-team tutors and pumps and tutors should be used over generic ones (i.e. Legionaires should use New Recruits, not Mobilize)
6) Marvel and DC Universes should be kept seperate when constructing the decks
7) These are ‘Kitchen Table’ decks, not ‘Pro Circuit’ Decks. They can be competitive, but the goal is fun!

This is a rush deck that uses many draw effects to net you pumps so that you can swing big from the hidden area.

2 Lady Blackhawk, Zinda Blake
2 Gypsy, Illusionary Operative
2 Huntress, Vicious Vigilante
2 Barbara Gordan <> Oracle, Hacker Elite
1 Catwoman, Feline Fatale
2 Batman, Twilight Vigilante
1 Vixen, Mari Jiwe McCabe
1 Kate Kane <> Batwoman, Katherine the Younger
1 Savant, Brian Durlin
1 Dinah Laurel Lance <> Black Canary, Cry in the Dark

2 Bat-Signal
2 The Hook-Up
2 Blinding Rage
2 Combat Reflexes
2 Birds of a Feather
2 No Man Escapes the Manhunter
2 Mega-Blast

1 Gotham Central

I've had success with this build, but I'm sure there are variations. It's Birds of Prey, but Batman Vigilante is the real hero, his burn brings just enough to make this team vicious!

Trooper Edit:
-2 Skreeeeeee!
-2 Crushing Blow
+2 Mega-Blast
+2 No Man Escaptes the Manhunter

I went with a more aggressive build that was more akin to Crime Syndicate than anything. Hence the lack of seven drops.

Crushing Blow in a DC deck with Crackshot, and Mega Blast available? SKREEEEEEE! over No Man Escapes the Manhunters? I believe these to be better cards.

How about playing Furnace of Apokolips over Birds of a Feather? I think getting even more draw would really help the deck get the pumps and drops.

I would do:
-2 Crushing Blow
-2 SKREEEEEEE!
-2 Bird of a Fether

+2 NMETM
+2 Mega Blast
+1 Stryker Island
+1 Furnace of Apokalipse

I would Actually not play Stryker Island if Hunte Castle is allowed.

I think Trooper is right about Stryker and Furnace.

I ran Renee Montoya in my version for a bit. Fun card that doesn't really fit anywhere else, and it's nice to soak up a little damage.

With Barbara and The Hook-Up I don't think Furnace is needed. We have the draw engine in place, we just need to make sure we're drawing into pumps!

I don't want to cut Birds of a Feather because it's team-stamped and I don't want the deck to loose its Birds of Prey 'feel'.

I agree with Skreeeee and Crushing Blow though.

Mega Blast, Crackshot, Blinding Rage (Batman art FTW), Stryker's Island... all fantastic cards. Which do you guys like best?

If we don't care about stunbacks then go with Blinding Rage so we can have more Batman Art. If we do care then perhaps Mega-Blast is the way to go. The benefit of Mega-Blast is not only the fact that it has +1ATK over Crackshot, but the fact that since the deck plays Gotham Central your not letting your opponent guess that its coming.

How about both?

-2 Skreeeee
-2 Crushing Blow
+2 Blinding Rage
+2 Mega-Blast

I thought Skreeeee! was being cut for No Man Escapes The Man Hunters.

Crushing Blow can go for Mega-Blast as I see the deck already has Blinding Rage.
