Just curious, why Black Widow over Mikado and Mosha? If you are including MMK, I'd much rather be able to search for my 1-drop deterrent with Wild Ride and just have to discard, rather than actually recruit Black Widow.

Few reasons why I like Black Widow over Mikado and Mosha.

1) This Version of MKKO likes to do damage fast and the 1ATK difference between the two cards really adds up.

2) Mikado and Mosha only stun a character while Black Widow does the KO. In my book KO > stun.

3) I can attack with Black Widow and then use her powers since it's not an activated ability.

4) There is no real harm in recruiting Black Widow since she is concealed, where Mikado and Mosha are visible.

5) Black Widow has range, that + being concealed means that she can be hidden + protected.

6) With Hunte Castle Black Widow increases her ATK value by 1.

7) Lots of decks don't even use 1 drops so if you didn't recruit Mikado and Mosha then you have dead weight in your hand.

Nice breakdown Trooper. Both are excellent, but the Widow does probably have the edge.

Thanks. Thats the usual way I breakdown cards. I just go for the way I play certain deck types and then value the cards as best they fit it. After that I just compare the cards that have made the final cut, and choose the best one. I take the current META for a format and opponents I will be facing under consideration if I have that info available.

I'm sure that under other situations Mikado and Mosha will be a much better choice than Black Widow, but in this case I just don't see it as such.

I'm cool with that list. Playing Judge, Jury, and Executioner adds bonus points in the flavor department.

Whoah... when did they add Fast Reply? Can we get email notifications turned on too?

NEways... if these are 30 card decks... wouldn't a ratio of 20/10 work better just like Sealed?

And where's the 1x of Stryker's Island?

The 20/10 ratio works well in sealed because of its limited search. Since these decks can run Wild Ride, Mobilize, etc., it's better to use a ratio in proportion with a 60 card deck.

I have built like 3 or 4 of these 30 card decks for kicks and they do work quite well. I have to agree with scott that the ability to use cards that search are a great help when playing and designing these decks. Another important key is the ability to choose from the available card pool. In sealed you are limited to what you get in your pack or passed, and not having the appropriate support does hurt when playing.

We got the Blivs blessing. Now all we need is for him to add **Final List** in the thread name and we are done.
