I mean, that's definately one way to go...but I run a little bit of a different scheme for Manhunter, and I've found it to be pretty successful. Manhunter Madness 3x Manhunter Engineer 4x Manhunter Infiltrator 4x Manhunter Guardsman 7x Manhunte Soldier 2x Birthing Chamber 1x Overwhelming Force 2x Plans Within Plans 1x Funeral For a Friend 2x There Is No Escape 2x War Without End 2x Qwardian Pincer This deck loses a little bit in translation to 30 card, but the 60 card version has been wildly successful for me. |

Epic Battle Cost: 3 Characters with cost 3 or greater get +2 ATK this turn. DCR-190 It would be so money in this deck. Ooh and you can Plans Within to play it 2x. Edited by bkwrds, Mar 16 2009, 06:20 PM.

Kate Spencer seems like a better choice than the Infiltrator to me. She's an attack pump, has better stats, absorbs some damage as a visible character, and allows your guys to attack the hidden area! |

Also, wouldn't no escape work better if you focuse on one of the army three drops instead of spreading it out? What about a list like this? 2x Kate Spencer <> Manhunter, Fearless Renegade 2x Manhunter Infiltrator, Army 2x Manhunter Engineer 10x Manhunte Soldier 2x Sleeper Agent, Manhunter Sleeper 2x Birthing Chamber 2x Epic Battle 2x Plans Within Plans 2x Qwardian Pincer 2x War Without End 2x There Is No Escape |

Play some Common Bond. That and Epic Battles together in one turn will let you sweep a team easily. |

And One is a Marvel Card if I remember correctly. Which makes it a no go in this format. Well, unless Scott says its a go. Edited by vs_savant2, Jul 1 2009, 01:31 AM.

When I included Epic Battle in my list, it was because I was looking for a replacment for Common Bond, which I run in my 60 card version. My original version ran just two pumps (Common Bond and Ole). Therefore, I think two pumps (Epic Battle and Qwardian Pincer) will suffice for this deck. Anyone disagree? If not, we could probably call this one. |

I prefer Thanagarian Invasion to Qwardian Pincer, but I've never used Qwardian Pincer. How much ATK do you get for it on kill turn? |

I think that Thangarian invasion would be a bigger pump. Or atleast more of a strategic pump. |

Thanagarian wouldn't be bigger, it would just be more spread out. Qwardian Pincer is meant for the last attack (all you stunned duded are exhausted). However, if you guys like it better, we can use it. I just threw in Qwardian Pincer cause my roomate used to use it as his finisher and this was his favorite deck. |

Well, killing reinforcement is pretty good... but half of the appeal of Thanagarian is giving everyone flight, and I didn't realise that the Soldiers had flight -- means 1/3rd of your deck is a character with flight. I also didn't realise that Qwardian Pincer counted stunned characters. I say use Qwardian. It will be more fun for you if it matches a deck you remember. I've rarely played Manhunter, so if you remember it being a certain way, go for it. I withdraw my suggestion. Go Qwardian Pincer go! |
