Ok so there are 3 Blackbird cards, all 3 of them are Unique. They are:

The Blackbird
Blackbird Blue
Blackbird, Unique * SR-73

I know The Blackbird and Blackbird Blue can both be on the field at the same time because the cards have different names. My question is wether or not the two bolded and bigger Blackbirds can be in play at the same time?

This I guess is more of a grammar question than anything else it seems. Is the adjective "the" really enough for the two cards to be considered to have different names or not?

Well "The" counts in the land of copywrites so, I would have to say that The Blackbird, and Blackbird are two different names.

And that was also the way they differentiated between the New Gods Beautiful Dreamer and the Morlocks The Beautiful Dreamer (back when they cared about that sort of thing.)

Mmmmm giving all attackers +4/+2 and then readying them for exhaustion effects makes me all warm inside. [bounce]
