ok so if you have an insane deck you can't have doubles of any card, not even non-insanity cards?

Your whole deck has to be 1-ofs. Otherwise it'd be kind of a silly keyword. You could just run 4x Ruin and you'd be sure to hit Beside Myself every game... as one example.

Ruin...?

Another question Alica Masters and Franklin Richards state that when they are attacked they are to be put into the bottom of the controller's deck, so for example if i would attack either one of them i would exhaust my character like normal and then he would put it in the bottom, so that take effect before attack and defense comparison correct?

Your assessment is correct. When they become a defender, X happens. They become a defender as soon as the attack is legal.

Yep. Definitely worth running in Insanity to fetch Beside Myself. Him and Doom <> Richards Rival.

Player A controls Alicia.
Player B controls a character.

It is Player B's attack step and he declares an attack on Player A's Alicia. Player A states that the attack is legal. Player B exhaust his character and in doing so his character becomes an attacker. Once this happens Player A's character Alicia becomes a defender. Once this happens Player A takes Alicia and puts her on the bottom of his deck. Player B readys his character since the defender was removed from the attack. Player B may attack Player A directly or another character if Player A controls one.

Hope that helps,
Kj
P.S: This was the simplistic way of putting it. There are actually a few more steps to it where you have to pass priority and such but I left those out to make it easier to read, but all the major steps are there.

Ilsa Haupstein (I think that's her name) is also a great 3 drop to run along with Dr. Doom and Ruin, especially because she can assure you a four drop if you already have Beside Myself. And that's great because consistancy is the one thing Insanity lacks.

Wow my brother is a retard....ok Superman blue boy scout states that when he is ready he cannot be stunned... so if i get attacked with an attack equal to my defense and a defense higher than my attack i don't take breakthrough, the attacker doesn't get stunned. so the question is do i stay ready or do i get exhausted?

You never exhaust as a defender, as part of combat resolution.
You always exhaust (barring a power on a character of course) your character as part of becoming an attacker.

This is a great (very detailed) source of many of life's answers.

Hey have a problem.....ok Heroic Sacrifice:
As an additional cost to play " " stun a non-defending Teen Titans you control.
Exhaust target teen Titans defender you control and remove all attackers from this attack.

What it target defender was already exhausted can the effect still work?

Because it is different from other effect for example like Barry Allen <> Kid Flash.... Exhaust Teen Titan character >>> ready Barry Allen.
or Dynamic Duo....exhaust two Gotham knight characters >>> turn dynamic duo face down.
