I have a very basic x-factor deck that im looking to streamline. It has a decent stall theme. Most of the games I win happen because i can use sabretooth and keep them from recovering atleast one character each turn. Here's the list. Im just looking for some tips on how to improve the deck. Any help is appreciated.

My brother had a pretty solid modern deck that used Sabertooth, but it works better as a deck for Weapon X because of the added effects and the kill turn on 7 with Deadpool

I enjoyed that deck and if I do recall he took the deck fairly far in that tournament he came to in Dallas.

Iceman will do wonders Sabertooth wishes he could do; Sab is a good backup, but once you start putting boards on ice it's tough to go back.

Are you willing to splash out-of-theme? With Govt sponsership there's no reason not to play 3 Lex Luthor as your 5, ruins a lot of decks.

Calliban is a better alt-2 than Rictor. Many decks can't deal with a shifted Calliban; he doubles as an on-team hidden attacker as well.

Again if willing to splash, many decks simply can't deal with 6-drop mimic; especially given the meta this appears to be made for.

Consider 4 Cyclops and Cyc-legend support, if you own it.

Lose the 8-drop. This is not one of the decks with trump 8 (Jean Gray, Hulk), so just plan on killing faster than that.

Better more focused pumps. Flying kick over cutting loose, beatdown over VM if that is option.
