So, I'm looking into trading/buying these cards off of someone online, but I don't know AT ALL what these cards do. And rather than look them up individually, I figured someone here with massive amounts of card knowledge could tell me first: Whether this deck is decent or not, what team(s) it is, and what kind of deck it is (what it wants to do) so that I can decide if its something I want to invest in. Thanks!

That their was a Teir 1 deck in the Modern Marvel format back in 07 I believe. It was extremely good and is still to this day playable. Might not be as strong as it was back then but it holds a place in Vs that many other decks can't. That place being that it was an actual swarm deck that didn't run 4x 3-Drop Dr. Light. Yes I know it couldn't in the Modern Marvel format but even without him the deck was still killer.
Is there any particular card you are curious about?
later,
Kj

Not particularly, he sounds like hes selling/trading the deck as a unit... He just gave me as a list that was similar to what he had and I was wondering if it would be worth getting. From the sound of it, it is. I will post a more specific list of his ACTUAL deck when he gives it to me.

I believe it's worth getting.
But it should be relatively cheap.
Compared to most decks that is.

Just FYI; it takes more "work" to play it effectively than the average deck. The idea is to get multiple copies of Faces of Evil up in your row using X-Corp Amsterdam and Archangel as an engine, (and then use blackbird blue if needed) to have a bunch of small beaters. Also, it uses Yellowjacket and Beetle to get utility characters. Basically, it's a deck that's full of choices, which means the decision tree is much bigger than a normal curve deck (play resource, play character).
That said, I loved learning/playing this deck idea and adding my own twists (JLI ftw! Oh yeah!) so if that sounds appealing to you, go for it.
Another thing I'd consider is the rares you're getting: Mob Mentality, Null Time Zone, Hard Sound Construct, et al.
I hope this is helpful.
