Simple Question, if the following were a real card would you play it?
Why? And in what decks? |

I would see that fitting right into the Ally decks. |

In the right deck (ally based) of course; a +2/+2 on attack or defense would be well worth playing with a proper setup. I think it is just the right power level where I would consider it, but it would not necessarily be a "must play". But for a ally-deck, I'd rather it say "power up twice target character who has been powered up this attack". More flavorful. |

Unlikely, unless I get a thematic bonus for powering characters up. Far too situational, especially if I have to potentially discard my 5 to try to get a bounce with my 4. |

Isn't this is just a better version of assorted aliases (as you don't need to discard a different version and could use something like Tamarand to trigger it if necessary)? I think you could certainly play it in a combat legend deck, Especially on defence that would be excellent, and of course ally decks (the various characters that give free Power-Ups or Nth metal would be good). So overall I think it's a perfectly playable card. I personally probably wouldn't run it, but that is just because I like my legend decks to have a more controlling flavour. |

At least 3 copies in an Ally-based deck. |

I am all about the pumps, a +2/+2 that stacks on your already powered up guy makes a +3/+3. That is a generic Crime Syndicate of Amerika that is not team stamped or need hidden. Sure you need to power up but decks build on that aspect would now have a new punch card ! |

Well, lost city would prevent you characters from being powered up so I'm not sure it would be too fun for you... |

Wouldn't work wtih Lost City because its effect replaces the power up. Same as LC and ally effects. Edit - Snap. Edited by Ike E Bear, Jul 14 2011, 07:03 AM.

I think the whole point is it would see play, but not be a must-include, so it is a good card design. For flavor I'd make it power the character up twice instead of just +2/+2. |

Dave wants ally abuse, don't think we don't know, it says Evil right in your name. Plot Twist 3 Target Character that has been powered-up this attack gets +2/+2 this attack, if that character has ally power that character up two more times instead. |
