Hi guys, I was thinking that we could make a thrade for bad traders, like they have in other forums where we can share our bad experiences trading (I have been ripped off in the distant past and I dont want nobody pass this experience) so I think we could make a thrade where we discuss this matters with the mod and if nothing gets fixed we could write the name and address of the ripper. you can share ideas here and talk to the mods that way we can get the best from all of us. |

I agree with this. It would help peeps on here who still trade, like myself be better protected from rippers. I don't think you can post address information though if this comes about. |

This site has a section for trades and sales, but we make it a point to not get involved in trades and sales. It can get pretty time consuming, and we mods really have no way of knowing who is telling the truth and who isn't - so it's a no-win for us. If I get too many complaints about a certain trader, I'll look into it. I've banned a few members based on complaints and their lack of response. But please - be cautious when trading with people you don't know. Do your homework, do a smaller trade first, ask new traders to send first, etc. I know we have feedback threads here, and I would encourage using those. If you've been burnt by someone, put it in their feedback thread. If you have a complaint and find they don't have a feedback thread...then you should have done more homework ahead of time! I'm not particularly fond of "burn lists", as it's one trader's word vs. another with no way to verify anything. (And as a reminder, we never, ever put anyone else's personal information in a thread.) I do want you guys to feel safe trading here, but there is always the small chance that some goofball will be trying to work the system and sucker people out of cards. So get as much info as you can on the people you trade with, and if you get royally screwed, contact me and let me know. I may not be able to get your cards or money back, but I can certainly ban people from this site (by user name, IP address, email address, etc.) if I hear enough negative things about them. -Carlos the Mod Edited by carlosthedwarf, Jul 23 2012, 07:32 PM.
