1) 3-Drop Domino, Probability Manipulator - Do you have to play a plot twist every time your opponent plays a plot twist to negate the effect? 2) 2-Drop, Deadshot, Floyd Lawton - Can you play it from your hand? or does it need to be in play? |

1) Yes. It creates an immediate effect 'When you play a plot twist, you can negate a plot twist effect on the chain'. Once it's resolved (Regardless of whether you negate a plot twist effect), that's it. You'd have to play another plot twist to get the effect again. 2) It's only useable while he's in play. A card's text is only active while in play, unless specifically stated otherwise (Eg, a card that says 'Use only while Deadshot is in your hand' or something similar.) |
