The Triskelion says that you can remove your hand from the game to get a card from your KO'ed pile.

Now I'm Fighting Dirty has a Boost Cost when discarding your hand.

The question is: Can these effects be activated when you don't have any cards in your hand?

Short Answer - Yes
Long Answer - I am too tired to look up rules so I hope someone else will fill in. Sorry. :D

I don't think there was ever a specific rule to cover it; they just listed in the FAQ that that's how that type of cost works.

It works because a hand of 0 cards is still a hand. Just like playing Certifiable in an Insanity deck, discard your hand of 0 cards, if you can be at 0, to draw 4 cards. Personally, I also like abusing things like that by using Bats Belfry, if applicable.
