I created a simplified Turn Order Guide for questions like this:

Take a look at it and if you still have questions, ask away. :D

Its true that supermans power does wrk only for if theres a defender, but using Kandor second ability to switch a front row with a support row character does negate the attack. Correct? As said from above ^^ hah

Yes, it would negate the attack IF used after the first Legality check.
But as stated before, since the attackers have not exhausted yet (they do not do this until after the second legality check), they would remain ready and thus able to propose another attack.

IF you used Kandor's ability AFTER the second legality check, it doesn't matter if the defender is technically illegal the legality checks were made while it WAS legal. The game determined that the attack was legal twice, so making the attack TECHNICALLY illegal AFTER these checks does nothing to the attack itself.

EDIT: Here are the two situations for Kandor:

1)
You have Kandor, City in a Bottle flipped up.
Opponent declares attack against Superman, Clark Kent while he is in the front row.
Legality check says this is legal and gives priority to the primary player.
You activate Kandor switching Superman with the character he was protecting.
You both pass and the game checks legality again.
Since Superman is now an illegal defender the attack concludes with nothing happening.
The proposed attackers are available to propose another attack.

2)
You have Kandor, City in a Bottle flipped up.
Opponent declares attack against Superman, Clark Kent while he is in the front row.
Legality check says this is legal and gives priority to the primary player.
You both pass.
Game checks legality again and determines attack to still be legal.
Proposed attackers become exhausted and gain the attacker characteristic.
Proposed defender gains the defender characteristic.
Priority is given to the primary player.
You activate Kandor, switch Superman with the character he was protecting.
As there are no more legality checks, the attack continues as normal with Superman remaining as the defender.
