Hey, was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for my City of Kang deck. At the moment two problems I have are hitting my curve and beating off-curve decks.

Run insignificant threat ,play 4 wild rides, and 4 kang one of many, you should be fine there
Ps- you must run master of time he gives you an extra card draw

Showing my inexperience now but how do you get Lost City to work with no Brotherhood characters unless you get 2 copies of Midnight Sons in to play and team up MK with Kang and then MK with Brotherhood but that seems a bit chancey or have I got it right?
It just seems as if it might be a bit inconsistent. I only ask as I like to make some of the decks that people list if I have most of the cards and this one fits the bill nicely as I have them all.

Yep, the idea of the deck is to Team-Up MK with Kang and then MK with Brotherhood with two Midnight Sons. Really I never had any problems with consistency in setting up that part of the deck. Here is my current build.

1 Micro-Chip, Linus Lieberman
2 Mikado and Mosha, Angels of Destruction

4 Kang, Kang Ransom

These have me interested. I think I have most of the cards...

@Crusader: You mentioned no problems with consistently getting your 2 Midnight Sons out, but any issues with the rest of the deck? Or does it all run pretty smooth?

Sadly I still do miss drops sometimes. The deck may need some Mobilizes or something.

I see you had mobilizes in your first list. So what do you prefer, your first list, second list or somewhere in between?

Why not just trim the numbers on some of the characters and run 4x psyche-globe? Sure it's a little limited since you can't find your marvel knights characters with it, but I'd rather have the card advantage from that than using Mobilize. Just my personal opinion.

Yeah, pretty much a million times better than Psyche-Globe in this deck.

Only problem I ever had playing Kang decks is how long it takes to setup. I like the Doom 2 drop to slow down the early turns but all of the 3 plays are hidden and the 4 is hidden.

Seemed really hard to live to the power turns of 5-7.

I had a build something like this:

3 Pathetic Attempt
4 Wild Ride
4 Uncertain Legacy
4 Messiah Complex

4 Avalon Space Station
3 Damocles Base
4 Lost City
1 Soul World

I usually mess with this build. Only really need 1 Mikado or Flame Trap do go grab it with Kang Kong or Wild Ride for turns that it would matter. Need the Messiah complex to live. I cut down on all the Kang drops and just play more search. Deck is annoyingly tight. Would love to fit in a 4th PA/Omni's.

Fun to play though.
