Wanna make a JSA deck that can function with attacking up the curve. Obviously it won't be amazing but I am looking for functioning.

Basically I like Terry Sloane + Michael Holt. T-Spheres. Didn't seem like enough. Both Daredevils and Billy Club could make it fun, granted the one daredevil can't make use of Billy Club..

Something I started off the top of my head is this

4x Terry Sloane
4x Daredevil, 2 drop MVL
4x Daredevil, 2 drop MUN
4x Michael Holt
2x Black Panther, MXM

4x Wild Ride
4-6x Team-up
4x Enemy
4x Jaime Reyes/Tech Upgrade/ etc.

4x T-Spheres
2x Billy Club

It is super raw and the theme kind fo sputters out around turn 4 since no other swinging up stuff is on team.

idk any thoughts. Anyone try this terrible but maybe fun theme?

maybe a 4 drop and 2 goblin gliders? I think Wolverine 4-drop MVL is always a good choice.

I was scanning through the 4s and 5s for both teams and I just left it blank for now. Had a hard time finding ones I liked.

1x Wolverine to Wild Ride for is fine but I didn't see a great drop here. Maybe I could underdrop Ted Grant and Jakeem or a missed Terry Sloan for more swinging up shenanigans

Actually Punisher 4 drop from MVL would be perfect now that i think about it. Give him 2 t-spheres and he will dominate and KO anything up curve. The reason I suggested goblin glider, is just in-case you have to fight a swarm.

I'd consider off dropping in this deck the 2 drop JSA Kate something the manhunter works for your theme, and I've always found with JSA if I can get the Atom working early he's insane later with all the up curve shenanigans. The old Iron Fist from MMK works well if you run off and a Luke Cage.

Yeah Kariggi I could play Luke Cage at 4 and then underdrop Punisher or Iron fist and whatever else on 5. I don't like playing a 4 on 4 but Punisher with T-spheres could be a good 5 play.

I am not sure I am concrete on adding MK to this but Daredevil and Punisher make for some fun and pretty decent additions.

It's pretty hard to build and check numbers when I am not even sure what I wanna do after turn three. Just a turn by turn breakdown.

Turn 1: Terry Sloane is obviously the play and I don't see any other 1 that I am too interested in playing but I wanna play more ones for underdropping on 5. Ape X could be good to net a T-spheres or Club.

Turn 2: Both Daredevils go with the theme pretty well. Don't have any issues with them. Kate Spencer isn't a bad call either.

Turn 3: Michael Holt is obviously the thematic play here but if swinging up isn't a great play on three I like Ted Grant and Black Panther 3 a lot.

Turn 4: I like Luke Cage if I wanna play Iron fist on 5. Might just not play 4s at all and recruit whatever I missed on 3 seems to be the better play to maximize upswing.

Turn 5: Again another turn that underdropping seems better.

With an underdropping theme...

1x Dagger, child of Light
4x Terry Sloane * Mr. Terrific
4x Ape X
4x Daredevil, Fearless Survivor
4x Iron Fist * Daredevil, Imposter - Secret Avenger
2x Kate Spencer * Manhunter
4x Michael Holt * Mr. Terrific
2x Black Panther, King of Wakanda
3x Ted Grant * Wildcat
1x Punisher, Guns Blazing
1x Wolverine, Covert Predator

4x No Man Escapes the Mahunters
4x Flying Kick
4x Wild Ride
4x Enemy of my Enemy
2x Tech Upgrade
4x Midnight Sons

4x T-Spheres
2x Billy Club
1x Ego Gem
1x Reality Gem

Super prelim build but I am pretty sure underdropping like Kariggi suggested is gonna be the way to go.

Only thing I wanted to fit in that I couldn't was Birthing Chamber. Anything suggestions? I am not even sure Billy Club will ever work but if you get a T-Spheres on Daredevil he shouldn't stun back depending on if you hit the terrifics.

Personally I would look into JLI. Something like this:

4 Mr. Terrific, Terry Sloan
4 Mr. Terrific, Michael Holt
2 Power Girl
3 Ted Kord, Blue Beetle
3 Atom Smasher
3 Booster Gold
3 Kate Spencer
1 Catherine Cobert
1 Oberon
1 Sue Dibny
1 Chay-Ara
1 Jakeem Williams
1 Starman
1 Stargirl
1 Prince Khufu
1 Maxwell Lord
1 L-Ron

4 T-Spheres
4 Birthing Chamber
4 Millenium
4 Justice League Task Force
4 UN Assembly
4 Trial by Sword
4 Shock Troops

Thanx for the input!

I like the off curve a lot. With all the global pump from Terrifics and the team-up could actually make this hit kind of big.

You like Shock Troops and Trial By Sword more than Ole and Overwhelming odds?

I like Shock Troops slightly more in this deck, because Terrifics pump both attack and defense and I like the idea of maybe getting a one-drop to stun a four-drop and survive. Pumps are pumps, though, so you could have just about anything there. It's an untested list so you could try several different options and see which one is best.
