This is my 2nd rough draft on Injustice Lords deck that I want to make. I was trying to go for making sure that my opponent loses endurance without that much attacking. As always leave a comment on what I should change about this decklist and whatever have you, this is a rookie playing VS so...

Characters:
4 Barracuda, Earth 3
4 IQ, Ira Quimby
3 Red Skull, Alexander Lukin Raid
2 Lex Luthor, Nefarious Philantropist
2 The Joker, Headline Stealer
1 Lex Luthor, Metropolis Mogul
2 Circe Evil Enchantress
1 Abra Kadabra, Magical Rouge
1 The Sleeper, Doomsday Device

Plot Twists:
4 Criminal Masterminds
4 Power Siphon
4 Gang up
4 Secret Files
4 Made men
3 Drive by Shooting
4 King Takes Knight
2 Untouchable

Location:
4 Hand Dojo
2 Injustice Gang Satellite

Equipment:
4 Death Warrant
2 Philosophers Stone

You should just keep updating your threads rather than make new ones. Causes less clogging on the front page and keeps all the help in one place per idea.

I like the Death Warrant addition. Reusable KO.

You're character list is much better but still needs some work. You are only including 2 Crime Lords characters. The 3 Drop Red Skull and The Sleeper. Since you are playing a team-up deck and lots of plot twists, equipment and locations are Crime Lords stamped, you need to add some more Crime Lords characters to ensure they are active. If you happen to miss Red Skull on 3, then you have to underdrop to get them active or wait until turn 8 which doesn't seem very wise.

With 1 searcher (Secret Files) and a draw enabler (Criminal Masterminds) you probably need anywhere from 24-28 character cards. Hope this helps.

I actually thought about adding Kingpin to my deck, but it had something to do with adjacent characters while I want to do some endurance loss without attacking every turn. Such as Kingpin, Overboss and Roscoe Sweeney and I wrote Red Skull Master of Creation but I guess I forgot to type it out.

Ideally, you'll want to get your team-up running as soon as possible. I would add backup drops at least 4 and 5 that are both Crime Lords. Unfortunately, they don't have a 4 that fits your criteria of doing off-initiative damage. I would probably stick with Master Man as at least it makes it more difficult for them to do damage to you if he's around. Red Skull, Johann Schmidt*HYDRA, however does the off-initiative damage you seek if they manage to stun one of your characters. If they stun him first, it makes it more difficult for them to stun everyone else.

Ok cool, I'll check the red skulls out and everything else again before I make my final deck and whatever else. I'll tell you making a VS. System deck is hard and fustrating but fun. Lol

It comes with time. One of the hardest parts for new playesr tends to be getting the character curve right. I'm working on revamping a deck of mine with an acquaintance here on vssystem.org and we've gone through 4-5 different iterations of the deck and I'm still finding myself frustrated with the results. The biggest thing is just not to let that get you down. Get hammering away at it and never feel afraid to ask questions. There are lots of guys here that have played VS for years and would be more than happy to assist.

Something to think about:
Roscoe is a nice 1 drop for Crime Lords, but his power will only find Crime Lords characters. With only 4 2 drops (Barracuda) in the deck and none of them Crime Lords, you won't be able to find them even if you were able to find Roscoe for turn 1. He won't really do too much for you until turn 3. If you opt to use him, you'll want someone he can search for on 2 so you don't miss, when you do find him. Since you have Made Men in the decklist, the Rose might be a handy backup for you, since he can search for it by moving him to your visible area.

I was thinking of adding Rose to the list since I have Made Men in the deck. And I have Gang up which makes sense in a way since I can name Injustice Gang and Crime Lords.
