Are you ready for the aftermath?

Stuck by a severe late leaf-fall rainstorm, the Clans were devastated by flooding and mudslides in certain areas for a few days. But an even worse situation arose with the next Half Moon. The Starcave was completely buried by a mudslide, the entrance blocked out by large boulders dislodged by the heavy rainfall.

With their vital connection to StarClan cut, the Clans are concerned. Are they supposed to stay?

Now, they're always on the look out for a new Starcave, anywhere to speak to StarClan. To make new leaders.

As stated in the Warrior Code, kits become apprentices at AT LEAST six moons - no less. If a kit misbehaves and the action of the kit was very bad, the kit can be punished by remaining a kit for a while after he/she is ready to become an apprentice.

Apprentices are usually made warriors between 14 and 21 moons of age (8-15 moons of training, depending on how quickly they pick things up and how often the Clan is able to train them). They normally have two assessments before they are made into warriors. The last assessment isn't necessary if an apprentice that is old enough to become a warrior proves himself/herself worthy in a fight or some other great task.
Newly-made apprentices cannot preform every move right. In the books, it normally takes quite a while for an apprentice to master a fighting/defense/hunting technique, and many, many repetitions. Remember - new apprentices, unless they were former loners whose parents (or other guardian/s) taught them to fend for themselves, haven't actually learned any moves before. Kits play-fight. It's different; just like playing "cops and robbers" doesn't prepare you for life as a police man/woman, play fighting is only a game and doesn't teach the kits to hunt or fight properly.
Warriors typically retire after 60 moons of age or more, depending on how well the cat feels and can keep up. Some retire earlier, some later.
Most non-kittypet cats only live 3-6 years.
