Heaven / Goddess
|
The beginning of time Long before the existence of time, beings that we now call Gods and Goddesses were abound. They were existences that, until now, are unthinkable and unimaginable, and how they look will forever change in the hands of the ever-changing dream-filled artists and devoted priests. These Gods and Goddesses are said to live in ways that we will never be able to comprehend, and comprehend we will not. Legends and old stories say our world came into being from a single tear of a lovestruck Goddess, whom we now endearingly call Letisha, who was said to be in deep love with a "star", too far from her reach, never to return her love. With only cryptic renderings in rock caves and bewitched stone plates as the only source of our legend, an infinite variations of the legend exists, some of which even go as far as saying that the Goddess Letisha fell in love with her own Father, the creator of existence, the Great Being Adamas. Yet one thing that is accepted by most: This world that we call Genesis was indeed created by a single, powerful yet tearful Goddess: Letisha, the Mourning Creator. Other than Letisha, there is also a number of deities worshipped by Genoan nations. These deities actually differ slightly from nation to nation, but some have suggested that despite the different interpretations, many of these deities are actually similar in nature. - Refer to deities masterlist for a list of the nations and the deities they worship - |
