Two big title matches tonight, can't wait. I'd love to see Balor walk out tonight with the NXT Title, but I'm sure that won't happen as Zayn needs to win back the title from Owens.

Main Event time!

Please don't tell me I'm the only one watching this?

I've got high hopes for this to become a truly great match.

That certainly was a great match.

Kevin Owens once again shines as a force to be reckoned with, and despite his loss Finn Balor came out of this looking surprisingly strong. Overall, I'd say that although their encounter didn't quite surpass my expectations, it was still a highly engaging contest and I can see many people finding a lot of value here. I also appreciate the fact that it was given approximately 22 minutes to really stand out, which is quite lot of time for both men to take advantage of (which they did in spades), and thankfully none of it went to waste. I'd highly recommend giving the main event a chance, even if you have no interest in viewing the rest of the show.

Kevin Owens was recently interviewed on CBS Radio's The Chad Dukes Wrestling Show.

These were some highlights:

His experience inn NXT so far: ''I was so excited to sign with WWE because it's been my dream since I was a kid and I was 11 years old when I first saw WrestleMania and knew that's what I had to do in life. It took a while to get here but now that I am here I'm not going to wait in line or do anything by the book. I took the bull by the horns as they say and two months after my debut I'm the NXT champion. So it's going pretty well so far, it's a really special feeling to be part of something that's growing and that people are so excited about. To be at the forefront of it because I'm the champion makes it even better.''

Thoughts on Brock Lesnar: ''As a fan him, re-signing is incredibly exciting. As a competitor, it's even better because of the chance of getting to be in that ring with him one day is something that motivates me. I've been a Brock Lesnar fan since the first time I saw him. I was there when he made his debut in Montreal, the night after WrestleMania 18 and from the get go I was like, ''this guy's awesome.'' I even named my dog Brock as a tribute, whatever you wanna call it, so I'm a big fan of his. The fact that he's gonna be sticking around here for a while and gonna do great things with WWE is exciting all around but yeah I'd love to be in the ring with him.''

Who he would like to see join NXT: ''I feel like Adam Cole would be a great addition to NXT, a guy like Cedric Alexander also would be really good but they'd all have to come through me first and that won't work out that good.

I'm open to a challenge from anyone, including Samoa Joe, I'll just put that one out there.''
Oh yes, it's true it's true!

I know we all seem to love Triple H right now, but let's ask a practical question.

Which 'guys' in NXT has he actually built up from scratch?
Not changing this signature until John Cena wins a world title.

I'm not sure if it really matters whether Triple H has built them up from scratch or not. Wrestlers who are completely green can still falter despite being formed from the ground up, and in my opinion the only thing which happens to be important is how the creative team go about using the men and woman they have at their disposal. Sometimes having an already established wrestling background can benefit those getting involved with NXT, since their knowledge and experience can help them understand how the business works. But at the end of he day it still boils down to what the people in charge wish to accomplish, and in-turn the goals they set out for the talent on the roster. I'm not sure how directly involved Triple H is when it comes to determining how these storylines/angles/promos pan out, but something tells me it's unlikely the Cerebral Assassin has contributed much input into the creation of up-and-comers. At least not without some help, anyway.

Not everyone can be Paul Heyman and figure out how to make a bunch of spare parts look like a Porsche.

There's something to be said for letting awesome guys be awesome. It sounds simple, but think about how much better would WWE be if they could figure out that simple formula.

I hope Sami Zayn wins that NXT Tournament to compete in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal (if he competes), but I have a feeling that Adrian Neville will win tonight since he's already going to the main roster soon.

^I hope so... otherwise I'll be utterly disappointed.

He's basically carrying the flag for NXT and needs to make some sort of impact come this Sunday.

I'm not necessarily suggesting Hideo Itami should win, but it would be wise for WWE to book anyone representing NXT in a way that helps get the individual superstar (as well as the promotion itself) noticed.
