Watching NXT now. That finisher American Alpha's do is impressive, but this one looked like it was an act of attempted murder. BRUTAL! Gable & Jordan are so good, they would be a top tag team in Japan if they weren't in NXT and being a top team in Japan is no small achievement. |

Alright, this is a squash episode with all the guys booked in matches tomorrow night going over to look strong going into Takeover. I understand the desire to make guys look strong, but NXT caters to the smart marks and after the first few matches, we see the pattern. Would be better if most of the show was focused on promos and video packages to hype Takeover instead of these 3 minute matches. Having said that, American Alpha's match was decent. |

So even after Alex Riley's transformation into Triple H circa 2000 they just turned him into a jobber? I mean, after that promo weeks back and the slight push he was getting, they just fed him to Apollo Crews? Why? Did Crews need this win that badly? EDIT: Then Drifter came out and sang those types of tunes that those shirtless douchebags with a guitar sing on college campuses to get pothead teen girls all wet and crave man meat.
