 205 Live Preview: March 6, 2018 Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Mustafa Ali battles NXT Superstar Buddy Murphy, and Drew Gulak squares off against Mark Andrews in the quarterfinals of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. Who will advance to the semifinals? Tonight on WWE 205 Live, The Road to WrestleMania continues with the second set of matches in the quarterfinals of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. Mustafa Ali will square off against NXT Superstar Buddy Murphy in a battle of sheer willpower and determination. The incredibly agile Ali believes it is his time to carry the WWE Cruiserweight division as its titleholder. During a hard-hitting clash with Gentleman Jack Gallagher, Ali displayed incredible resilience and the spirit of a champion, persevering through his opponent’s vicious offense to claim an incredible victory. Training harder than ever and seizing the opportunity for a potential WrestleMania moment, former NXT Tag Team Champion Buddy Murphy made weight and entered the tournament, defeating Ariya Daivari in the first round and advancing to tonight’s quarterfinal to battle Ali. So there's rumors of a Cruiserweight tag team championship coming, and with how the other tag team divisions are and that most of the cruiserweight tag teams will be 2 dudes randomly thrown together I wouldn't like to see it happen. |

Think I'm starting to dig 205 Live. Not sure how the CW Tag Team titles will affect the show. Still wish the CW title didn't look so stupid and that they'd upgrade the commentary team. |
