I haven't watched the Austin-McMahon podcast yet, but it sounds pretty good. Is it as good as the Punk-Cabana podcast?

Guys, I found out earlier today that James Harris, aka Kamala, had both his legs amputated a few years ago due to diabetes. He's been in a bad way financially for some time and it's a shame to see a guy who worked for a wealthy company that's willing to pay thousands for rehab for Scott Hall, but won't pay a dime for someone like Kamal who doesn't have an Air Conditioner down there in Mississippi.

I hope WWE corrects this situation this holiday and supports one of their own in their time of need.

EDIT: Here's the article http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2267803-from-wrestling-legend-to-double-amputee-kamala-keeps-fighting

Because they can and because it would be the right thing to do. Kamala isn't like other wrestlers who killed themselves with drugs and alcohol and seems to have lived the right way only to be hit with a horrible disease. Leaving one of the guys who created so much business for WWE after they became a national wrestling promotion in the 80's to literally wither away and die when he was underpaid for his service is corporate Wall Street types of bullshit. Give the man a 30 minute show on the network or something.

When you think about it it really is surprising they havent done anything for him (if they indeed havent). Especially since they announced they would pay for rehab for those who wanted it, and also gave scholarships to Maria and Paul Burchill too.

It's already been booked - I got a great deal on Priceline!
My favourite part of the Stone Cold podcast has to be Vince's face when Austin tells the viewers/listeners to send feedback about the product on the @WWE/@VinceMcMahon Twitter account...

So a company should just pay for stuff for an employe from over 20 years ago just cause?

How altruistic of you.

If they did it for Scott Hall, a known killer, then they can do it for James Harris.

Are you capable of actually making an argument for what you are saying or is "muh feels" as a reason as far as it goes. If Harris made his money and he lost it, them's the breaks. he isn't the only person the lose their life earnings. If he felt he was underpaid, nobody forced him to work for anyone but himself. But the idea of a company paying for an ex-employe from 2 decades ago just because isn't a very good reason.

Logical fallacies need not reply.

^ My argument is that if WWE is willing to pay for Scott Hall then why are they not willing to pay for others? What is the difference between Scott Hall and James Harris besides the Paul Levesque connection?

Irrelevant.

The WWE offers to pay for the rehab of former wrestlers. you are suggesting the WWE pay for Mr.Harris to get a air conditioner because. why should they?

I never said they should pay for his air conditioner, I just said they should give something to help him this holiday season. Who knows, Harris might not even accept any money, but not even offering to help in the slightest reeks of nepotism and heedlessness.

I imagine that following WWE's response to Emma's shoplifting charges over the Summer that WWE will wait for all the facts to come in before they take action.

WWE's turned a blind eye to assault cases in the past, so I see no reason why they wouldn't to this one.

Its weird that it happened in 2011, and she's just filing charges now.

In more unfortunate news, Kurt Angle said he's staying with TNA when they debut on the Game Show Network.

Yeah, WWE knows what a money grab is so I think Heath will get the rest of December off and he'll be back next year.

Unless she gets a credible witness her case is going out the window, otherwise she might just get rid of Heath Slater for us.
