I like where this is going. EDIT: Why? Can you imagine how many eyes would be on ROH if Punk showed up there? They would be hotshotted to the #2 promotion the moment that his AFI theme hit. Edited by Oaty, Feb 25 2015, 07:30:46 PM.

That's true. Wrestling retirements always stick. Like Terry Funk, Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Shawn Michaels...yeah, you're right, he's gone. |

I'm very certain that I remember reading a news story saying that while Cena was fighting legal battles over the course of three days, Shawn filled in for him at house shows. Juan Cena style. |

According to a source close to this story, it's believed that AJ Lee may have caught WWE completely off-guard with her Twitter responses regarding equal rights. Stephanie McMahon was said to be furious over being made to look a fool on a public forum by one of her own employees. Vince McMahon reportedly told Stephanie to make a reply that simply thanked AJ Lee for her opinion. #FutureEndeavored Unless it's merely a work, of course. |

I guess a work is possible. I would think IRL AJ has WWE and the McMahon's blocked on Twitter like her hubby does. |

Current WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar, who walked out on the company at Monday’s RAW television show in Nashville, Tennessee, is reportedly trying to negotiate a deal that will allow him to fight for the UFC while under contract to WWE. This past Monday, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar was at the arena for the WWE RAW television show, which he was advertised to work, but ended up leaving the building before the show due to a dispute with WWE officials. It’s said that Lesnar was actually in the building when the show itself started, but left after a business disagreement with Vince McMahon, which was said to involve negotiations for Lesnar to sign a new WWE contract. There’s some who claim that the negotiations included Lesnar wanting to be able to fight for the UFC while still under contract to WWE. Regardless of whether or not that speculation is true, it’s said that the issue of UFC had nothing to do with Lesnar leaving the arena on Monday. It’s said that the issues that led to Lesnar leaving the building on Monday were only related to WWE’s offer and the terms of a potential new deal. As far as where things stand now, it’s believed that while the issue is still outstanding, it could be settled at any time now. Lesnar’s camp and WWE are at a key impasse at the moment, and neither side wants to back down. If nothing else, Lesnar will likely show up for the remaining dates on his current WWE deal, as skipping them would be a major breach of his contract. Lesnar is currently scheduled to return on the March 9th edition of WWE RAW in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is also scheduled to work the March 23rd RAW in Los Angeles, the WrestleMania 31 event in Santa Clara and the RAW the night after WrestleMania. It's not just Reigns going over and getting a strap, it's the whole show itself that's just depressing. Old as hell Undertaker working with Irwin Schyster's nonsensical son, Triple Prick vs the young and up and coming Sting, some thrown together battle royal, Old man Cena vs the Ruskie with a Ho-ski, and then Bryan-Sheamus. How does Bryan go from #1 at last year's Mania to being the 6th or 7th most important match on the card? It's bullshit

Meltzer Addresses AJ Lee's claims ''Regarding AJ's merchandise claims, she was a strong merchandise seller when she was being pushed but the formula WWE uses for merchandise sales with most of the roster is the same with a few top stars getting higher percentages. None of the Divas sell anywhere close to the levels that top WWE Superstars are at. As far as Divas being in the highest-rated segments on WWE TV, the Diva segments were rarely above average when weekly segment breakdowns were available. However, AJ was working main event segments with top stars such as Daniel Bryan and CM Punk, and those segments always did well. Regarding pay, while there are exceptions, it is a general rule in WWE that the Divas on the main roster are paid significantly less than the men. Apparently that is not the case in NXT as there's a general rule that the Divas there make more than the men because so many of the men came from indie backgrounds and are willing to take low pay just to be a part of WWE. Most of the women hired come from modeling or athletic backgrounds and there's also the idea that the women need to earn at a certain level to maintain the kind of look WWE wants.''
