Well, that's not due to the color of their skin as to why WWE hasn't had an English champ. British Bulldog could have done it, Regal was always going to be a heel/comedy character, and Barrett is injury prone and never wins non-title matches. Regal was due to get a big push in 2008 but he lost it to drugs. I apologise for pointing this out, but I simply couldn't help notice this was one of the suggested videos... XD She did the Road Dogg rope spot. Book her, Vince!
