Also, if anyone can explain to me how it makes sense for WWE to take away somebody's finishing move (out of health and safety), yet allow two superstars to work a match together tied up in chains... It would be much appreciated.

I would have suggested his buckle bomb could be a finisher, but I dont know if he could do it on bigger guys like Lesnar. Guess they'll have to make the superkick his finisher then. |

To be fair, even the master of the Superkick (Shawn Michaels) can't seem to keep anyone down for the 3-count. He delivered Sweet Chin Music during both the HHH-Sting (WM31) and HHH-Taker (WM28) encounters to no avail. |
