I honestly feel like giving Triple H two shots in a row really hurt Taker's availability to entertain some fresh match-ups at Wrestlemania. This will likely be Taker's last match, and all we'll have to remember in the five years prior are two all-time classics with HBK, one forgettable and one solid match with Triple H respectively, and a great bout with CM Punk. On paper, that sounds pretty damn good, but now we have Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, and John Cena all lined up as viable candidates to face Taker at Wrestlemania XXX. Instead of getting two of the three possible pairings, we're only going to get one. Given each opponent's ability to perform when it matters most, it's really disappointing to think about what we're missing. No, I think Taker has two more Mania's left in him. But, I'm not sure if he's shooting for WM30 to be the end or if he's going to try to get to 50 years old and WM31 to be his last match. Either way, I think Taker should lose at Mania this year in the scenario I suggested or have him get screwed somehow that he absolutely comes back next year to get revenge.

It's not the worst case scenario (that would somehow involve the midget, Khali, the Prime Time Players, and David Otunga) but it certainly does very little to make me want to part with my time, much less my money, outside of Cena-Taker.

But, WWE doesn't give a sh*t about any one Mania's lasting legacy anymore, it's all to put out the product that's going to sell ppv's. Nobody 15-20 years from now is going to look at last year's Mania, or WM27 and say that those were classic Mania's that were truly magnificent. Apart from Punk-Taker, they were poor demonstrations of WWE's lack of consistency of the past 3-4 years.

Imagine Bryan throwing his arms up, doing "Yes!" chants in front of a crowd of 70,000+ people, Taker groggy in the middle of the ring. Bryan then rushes in to do the running knee... And taker catches him, reverses it, and hits him with the tomb stone and pins him. Crowd goes utterly ballistic... ...And then Bryan kicks out just barely at 2, and the entire fucking roof comes off.

In fact, there are several ways to make that match happen in a logical manner and this is just one of them. Hopefully, the WWE is a bit more ambitious than JML is giving them credit for.

It's best Sting just stays in TNA then go to WWE because lord knows what Vince would have him doing; I could see Vince coming out with the face paint and jumping around the ring with a baseball bat between his legs acting like he's riding a bull. Besides, Sting is too old now and no matter how hard he tried to be, he's not Ric Flair. Ric Flair was so good in the 80's and WCW so popular that pretty much every wrestling fan knew who Ric Flair was even if they hadn't watched a minute of WCW in the 90's and because Flair was so good, he was able to wrestle well into his 50's.
