Havok made some racist and homophobic tweets in the past and it stands to affect her WWE deal.
''Some'' is putting it rather mildly. Apparently she's been deleting a whole bunch of these older tweets after finding out they may affect her stance with the company.

If you're curious as to what was written, or just want confirmation on the matter, then you can check out some of her past tweets here -- https://twitter.com/DEVrockstarr/status/607204398251393024

But as far as I'm concerned, unless she's made an effort to undergo change over the past few years (without being influenced by anything other than her own will to ''want'' an alternate lifestyle), I think it SHOULD affect her WWE deal. Why would anyone want a racist/homophobic individual to represent their product?

Oh... Here's me forgetting that WWE has, at times, been equally offensive in the past. In that case, I guess they're perfect for each other.
Below is Havok's public apology:

''I want to apologize whole heartedly for the OLD tweets that are being brought up right now. Legit, It was years ago and i don't even rem.tweeting over half of this stuff. The stuff i do remember was jokes that were in bad taste. I was young and very new to social media promo and i was very immature and just said things to make my friends laugh at the time. Inside jokes between us. I don't really feel or believe any of the things i DID actually tweet. I am a loving, compassionate person and i LOVE everyone. No mater who! I would die for any wrestling fan and i care so much about wrestling and everything in it. I would not be here without any of you. I was young, stupid & immature. I am not too proud to admit some of it was me being bitter for all the wrong reasons, but I've learned and grown from this .. i hope this can be forgiven. I love you guys.''
Oh yes, it's true it's true!

I think that we all need to remember that the past is the past, and that none of Havok's offensive tweets date past 2012. She's looked back, seen that her behaviour was wrong, apologised, and has likely cleaned her act up in the process.

First, I'd like to remind you that she worked with Awesome Kong in TNA. Awesome Kong is not a weak woman, and I do not see her standing idly by while management (TNA management at that) tells her she has to work with a racist. This suggests to me that her and Havok had an amicable working relationship with no racial elements at play.

Second, we have to remember the time frame here: none of these tweets exist past 2012. Havok likely changed, if she was actually racist and not a dumb idiot trying to be edgy with her friends. Why is it that people like Steve Austin are allowed to clean themselves up and get welcomed back with open arms, that Booker T is allowed a quick apology and forgiveness after using anti-Semitic language in a tweet, that Edge can commit adultery in the workplace, but these are forgiven so easily, whereas Havok is being dragged over hot coals?

This whole situation just smacks of slactivism, emphasis on the slack, with a nasty aftertaste of outrage culture. And why shouldn't Havok be allowed to redeem herself?
Not changing this signature until John Cena wins a world title.

The past can only ever be the past 'if' the people involved with an incident have actually learnt from their mistakes. Otherwise, they're basically the exact same person, only now they've got a much better idea how to hide their behaviour from public view. Now I'm not necessarily saying she hasn't cleared up her act -- but you must remember there's a HUGE difference between ''acting'' civilised, just so that one can reach their dreams, compared to just doing it because they believe it's the correct way to behave. I must say that 3 years is a pretty convenient amount of time for someone to have suddenly ''changed'' their feelings towards specific groups of people... so in that sense, I'm not going to make any sort of judgement until more evidence has come to light.

As for what you said about Awesome Kong; there's always the possibility that she had absolutely no idea Havok made those tweets, as well as other such disrespectful comments around that period of time. You have to remember that just because people like us spend a lot of time on the internet, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone else does, too. Also, there have been plenty of examples in the past regarding wrestlers who've despised one another, yet went on to work together. Chris Jericho and Goldberg had a fist fight backstage around the time they were supposed to be working a match with one another (which didn't effect their professionalism in the ring). Let's not forget the whole Edge, Lita, Hardy storyline that played out for quite some time. Show and Khali also had a real life tussle while they were feuding. On top of that it's highly doubtful Awesome Kong or Havok would allow real life scenarios to get in the way of their work. And like you stated, ''Awesome Kong is not a weak woman, and I do not see her standing idly by while management (TNA management at that) tells her she has to work with a racist'', meaning there's a strong chance Havok wouldn't dare say anything offensive to AK face-to-face. And if I remember correctly, she did actually post something quite controversial on the internet months after they finished working together, but I'd have to dig up some information on that before I could be sure.

But like I said, it doesn't matter how much ''time'' has passed, because that means nothing if the individual in question still actively makes disrespectful comments towards people in real life (with the only difference being they now have a much clearer understanding on how to hide such disparaging opinions). Is she now behaving more positively because she actually wants to change, or she simply doing it because she wants a job? That's the key difference for me. If she really does dislike certain groups of people, then that's fine. I'm not saying she cannot have those kinds of opinions. But I'd much rather someone expressed their true beliefs, rather than hide them away, simply because they wanted to ascertain if they've got some sort of footing on their goals.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. All it takes is one slip up for the truth to be known.
Oh yes, it's true it's true!

She's not the barbie doll type WWE likes. I doubt it would go well if she's signs. She's better off not joining WWE.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins spoke at the Wizard World convention in St. Louis, Missouri last week and credited Joey Mercury for saving his career in WWE.

While in NXT, Rollins had developed a reputation for having an ego, as he believed he was the best performer in WWE's developmental system and grew frustrated with being there for longer than he felt he should have been.

Rollins said he was almost fired by the company until Mercury helped lay out everything for him and put him on the right path, which he claims ultimately saved his job.

I'd imagine at some point they'd like to redo the whole diva monster gimmick that Awesome Kong was going to do.

''Tyson Kidd sustained an injury while competing in a non-televised match against Samoa Joe last Monday night, June 1, in San Antonio. As the former WWE Tag Team Champion continues to be evaluated, check back with WWE.com for the latest information on Kidd's condition.''
According to fans in attendance, Kidd appeared to suffer an injury to either his collarbone or neck near the end of the bout. When the match had ended, Natalya rushed to the back, Cesaro entered the ring to check on Kidd, and the referee threw up the injury call-sign of an X. Kidd was visibly upset leaving the ring, and was nursing his neck area as he went to the back.

PWInsider.com reported Thursday that Joe is not receiving any blame backstage for the injury, as it’s believed that it was a freak accident that caused Kidd to get hurt and not negligence on his part Wrestling Observer Newsletter editor Dave Meltzer was told by a WWE performer that Kidd suffered a spinal cord injury. He added in a report published on Wednesday that Kidd expects to make a full recovery from the injury and is hopeful to avoid surgery. Because of that, no timetable has been set for a return to the ring.

Kidd and his partner, Cesaro, are scheduled to challenge The New Day for the WWE Tag Team Championship on a special WWE Network-exclusive show in Japan on July 4. The team has been removed from all other dates outside of this event.
