Kurt Angle underwent successful surgery to remove a benign tumor from his neck earlier this week. By all accounts, the former Olympic gold medalist seems to be in good spirits. Angle posted the following updates from the hospital after undergoing surgery:

General question I've been wondering about for the past few days. Since Donald Trump is running for president there was an article on CNN saying that Trump credits his work with WWE as one of his learning experiences with politics. The article had shown some of the highlights from the Battle of the Billionaires feud. Well, my question is how was the entire Battle of the Billionaires storyline and match at WM23? I seriously have no memory of anything from early 2007 even though I believe I was watching Raw at the time. The only memory I have was watching ESPN and they showed highlights of Vince McMahon getting his head shaved. Thankfully, I do remember all the following Mania's, especially the HBK-Flair build up, which I thought was really great because I remember Flair just sort of wandering around on the card following the breakup of Evolution having no real purpose and all of a sudden, Vince making the stipulation that his next loss would be his last match. It made every Flair match high drama, and I knew back then that it was a storyline to build up to Flair's eventual loss at Mania. |

Battle of the Billionaires was decent enough from what I remember. Nothing especially great, but a fun Wrestlemania moment topped off with Austin stunners all around. |
