So with Cena missing Raw this week for seemingly no real reason, it's got me thinking, might he possibly be trying to transition to becoming one of those "special appearance" guys himself? If that were the case, I honestly can't say that I'd be opposed to it.

I think Cena's on his way out. Strange to say that when I'm so used to hearing him say he lives WWE and will never quit or shit, but I think television producers want a guy like him on their television shows. Cena's body is wrecked inside, but it doesn't show on the outside. It will over the next few years, the older you get, the more difficult it becomes for the body to heal. WWE has Reigns now, so I think they're finally going to push Cena to the side anyway and it's difficult to do that with a full time guy who's been on top as long as Cena has been. The torch is being passed. WWE will gladly still sell Cena merch, but yeah, I don't think we'll be seeing Cena as much in the years to come. |

Is he missing WM for sure? If so, what a blow to this roster as it continues to get big injury after big injury. I hope this leads to the company easing up on the talent (We all know the answer to that) May lead to a guy like Joe who was seen as an NXT lifer getting the call up or Balor/Zayn getting an early call up... Thoughts? |

It says he is expected to miss Mania, but I guess that depends on the damage to his shoulder. Considering Mania is in early April he wont have a very large recovery window, so chances are pretty good he wont be there. Looks like we may never get that Taker/Cena Mania match. |
