As for labor and management issues, there's no law that says they have to work for WWE or WWE has to keep them. That's just the way it works here in the US. About the only thing the wrestlers could do is start a union because there's power in the pack, not the lone wolf.
Maybe wrestlers that have performed on TV could join the Screen Actors Guild. :D

That's if Nikki even comes back.

Truth be told I think WWE would be better off without the 2 of them.

Let's not forget it's rumored that it was the Bella's that had an issue with Maria and I believe Mickie James returning.

Yes, they have too much power backstage, they both gotta go even though I'm gonna miss Nikki's thighs, implants, and hair. :ohdear:

So I've seen a number of posts on twitter suggesting that Wade Barrett may be done with the WWE.

Might as well. If they're not going to utilize him properly, let him go. He never should have stopped doing the Bad News Barrett stuff. It was good, it was unique, it would have gotten him over as a heel.

Yep, it seems Wade Barrett has given WWE notice that he will not be signing a new contract when his current deal expires in June, according to http://prowrestlingsheet.com/.

Just read that too. He will likely end up in TNA. Maybe when Cesaro and Neville get fed up w their use they will go that way as well. I'm interested to see if this leads to other wrestlers decidsling to leave. Highly doubtful, but you never know

Just found this shoot interview with Jesse Ventura on wrestling:

Interesting point, and I see the value in the backstage interviews and holding out on that confrontation, as he put it. Nowadays a lot of the backstage interviews are pointless. But I dont know if changing how interviews are done will have any effect on anything.

It's not just backstage interviews he mentioned, but promos as a whole. Everything is too scripted and I think a lot of it has to do with choosing who gets over and who doesn't. I don't think WWE wants people getting over without permission because it will mess up "plans."
