I don't blame him one bit. Ever since the absolute atrocious booking with his feud with his brother last year, Cody has been floundering around with no real direction or purpose. It's like he's been an apparition: you see him, but you don't know if he's really there. |

Good for Cody. Let him go and be happy somewhere else. Maybe he and Sandow can team up again somewhere. |

Tater tots. But actually I'm hoping its Cesaro. I think those 2 could go to war and it would be fun to watch. But then again there's always the idea of some sort of blow off to the whole Lesnar/Wyatts thing. I'm hoping not, but if it happened I wouldn't be surprised only disappointed. |

Cody posted the following regarding his release. Spoiler: click to toggle Got to hand it to the guy for believing in himself and wanting to be a bigger and better star, but constantly not getting the opportunity to do so and as a result just says fuck it. I like his line of 'no money is worth being less than you are'. |

Cody just got himself more over with the IWC than anyone has in a while. Good for him to speak out on what I'm feeling many agree with. That's the 4th superstar who has seemed to not agree w the direction and decided to leave he company (BNB, Cody, Sandow, Ryback). I could be wrong on that however. A trend is developing. Unfortunately, I don't see it leading to anything because WWE will go on without any issues |

Sad but true. Its not like these guys are gonna run to WCW and make them a million bucks, so they dont have to worry about letting someone walk away. WWE's mentality is like Cody pointed out that everyone has a role and a place, so if someone isnt happy with their place then WWE will just bring someone else into that exact same bottom of the card position. |

Yeah, they're all spokes on the wheel like Punk said. I think this trend will continue and it's natural that it does because a lot of these guys have been with WWE for years and years and made enough money to live comfortably without WWE paychecks. Unfortuantely, there are no other promotions except maybe New Japan where guys can really rise to the top and it be something special. I like Lucha Underground, but I can't say that if you win the title their in some feud that it's something special or noteworthy. It's nice to see that you're being booked like a top star, but it's just not the same. I've always enjoyed the way WWE makes things seem big or bigger than it is. TNA, Lucha Underground, etc. don't have that same luster as WWE does. Anyway, it's a natural thing for the guys that have been in WWE so long to step aside, whether by the way they're booked or because they don't want to be there anymore and have the younger talent from NXT take their place and make money so years down the road they can leave in frustration and the cycle continues. |

There really isnt "Young talent" on NXT. Most of the talent is over 30 (Finn, Joe, Nakamura, Aries). I understand what you're saying though. I stand firm to keep those guys where they are right now. After seeing what WWE has to offer to replace the last crop of guys that went up, I don't NXT losing anyone else so they can be mishandled on the main roster |

I agree with you. Personally, I never want to see Joe or Asuka go to WWE because I think they're best used in NXT. Nakamura is a guy I think should go to WWE because the great Nakamura from Japan will open a lot of eyes to wrestling outside of WWE, which years ago with John Laurinaitis and his mentions of being a wrestler in Japan I was hoping we'd see more Japanese wrestlers in WWE. We got that to some extent, but most of them are Americans or Europeans that went to Japan for a little while, not actual Japanese wrestlers who've been doing strong style or other Japanese styles since they started. |

He's not going to the main roster for a few more months now. In fact, he may not show up until the Rumble next year. |
