There's about much chance of that as there is a chance of WWE signing AJ (other one) and giving him a monster push. Edited by Tie-up, Jan 28 2014, 05:49:32 AM.

I wouldn't necessarily watch TNA even if they did manage to somehow obtain either Bryan or Punk. It's likely both would have the complete opposite happen to them during there stay in TNA by being handed EVERYTHING in the first 5 seconds. Meaning there would be nothing to build or look forward too in the future. Not that there is any guarantee they would be treated any differently anyway. Makes more sense for them to just return back to ROH if anything.

Daniel Bryan would be given the title in his first night. It'd be TNA pandering at its worst: "look guys, we're not like WWE! We listen to what you want!! Please somebody watch us"

Supposedly KENTA is at the WWE performance center for a tryout. That would be....interesting. Especially since D-Bry and Punk use his famous moves already Edited by JML, Jan 28 2014, 01:33:21 PM.

If there's three guys from Japan I'd love to see in WWE who are still in their prime, it'd be KENTA, Go Shiozaki, and Kota Ibushi. |

The problem is that WWE has never been that receptive to Japanese wrestlers. The thing people remember most from Ultimo Dragon's WWE run is when he tripped for his entrance at Wrestlemania |

I know that JML, but some of the matches I've seen with Japanese wrestlers in WWE have been great. And it's not like they have trouble getting over as Tajiri and Kaientai were definitely over back in their day. But don't give me the Kenzo Suzuki/Yoshi Tatsu argument, those two guys were jobbers even in Japan. Will KENTA get an offer? I don't know, but I think KENTA would like to get the hell out of NOAH asap as he knows it's also a sinking ship, no pun intended. He's about the only guy from that promotion that has a shot at getting into WWE and I think fans would be very receptive if he did get signed. |

Despite the fact he was destined to go nowhere, I still thoroughly enjoyed watching him whenever he was on screen. It's a shame the Cruiserweight division were never seen as legitimate players in the eyes of WWE. If those same superstars were around today, I guarantee people like Billy Kidman, Ultimo Dragon, Paul London (Ect) would have made to the mid-card; perhaps even been given proper reigns as Intercontinental/United States Champions. |

Recent interview with Kurt Angle (The Sun Newspaper): On his desire to return to WWE: “I can’t say when. My (TNA) contract is up in September and I’ve left my options open. I’m very happy in TNA. Dixie Carter has treated me very well and always been there for me. But, I can’t lie to myself anymore. I can’t lie to TNA or WWE. Yeah, there is that desire to go back. I just don’t know when. It could be this year. It could be next year. I don’t know when.” |

He should retire. He looks so broken down and abused at this point yet he keeps insisting that he does these crazy spots like doing moonsaults off of the top of a cage. Couple that with his well known alcohol/drug problems and it's dangerous. Maybe he could do a Lesnar-esque part-time thing if he really wants to return to WWE though to make sure he has lots of time to rest. |

Agreed. I'm not quite sure what's left for him to accomplish in WWE, so at this point in his life it would make a lot more sense to just call it day and patch things up with Vince while he still can. Which would then gain him a well-deserved spot within the Hall of Fame. |

I'd buy in for Angle-Punk and Angle-DB, but the thing about Kurt is that I think he only knows one speed. I don't think he knows how to take it easy. I think that was one of the reasons he fell out with WWE in the first place. If he came back for one match or a run, he'll go out there and break his neck trying to have the greatest match ever. |

Would I like to see Angle back in the WWE? Sure, I just hope he knows how to take it easy now that he's getting older |

Angle's an Olympian and the only thing he knows is give it your fucking all even if it kills you. Have a broken neck? Wrestle an Iranian in the finals. I think he should work out a deal with TNA that limits his matches and keeps him on the sidelines in TNA or TNA should just outright release him at this point and save the money. |

Kurt Angle is one of the few guys I'd like to see come back and wouldnt mind seeing mix it up with the top guys. He can still go when motivated, and who better to serve as motivation than Punk and Bryan? |

I don't really think motivation is his problem, his problem is kinda the opposite. He overexerts himself and tries to put on the best match ever with lots of "memorable" spots even during something like a throwaway impact |

Well either way he's completely wasted in TNA (no pun intended). |
