Almost every claim has been due to paperwork not being properly filed, and not because of any actual drug or steroid abuse. So basically, people are being suspended and having their reputation publicly smeared because they're bad at filing paperwork. Meanwhile, the one guy who actually DID get busted for steroids gets to get away with it scott free, because wellness policy doesn't apply for part timers apparently. Something just feels like they're using this wellness thing as an excuse to publicly shame and punish people at this point, and have forgotten the real reason why it was actually put into effect... Latest I heard is that Paige tested positive for an illegal substance, not something that's prescribed. However, the fact still remains that a lot of suspensions have been very odd this year, including Roman Reigns, who I don't believe WWE or Vince are trying to shame publicly for obvious reasons. The Wellness Policy right now is being used where it benefits WWE most. Suspending Lesnar would have been a black eye for WWE because Lesnar would have missed his match with Orton at SummerSlam and WWE felt they needed Lesnar to sell the event. Undertaker at his age I believe has been using PED's the past few years because he looked awful in his Lesnar match back in 2014 and I'm not talking about the concussion he got, Taker has the most spindly arms I've ever seen that year. Taker's never, EVER going to be suspended for PED use because A. he's a part timer and B. WWE doesn't want the bad publicity. So right there is a double standard and it's not fair to any of the full time wrestlers that have to do all the work keeping WWE afloat in the meantime between all the part timers coming in and getting fat paychecks for a lot less work. Now it makes sense why so many guys are jumping ship. Morale must be lower than ever in WWE right now.

Him mispronouncing names has always been good, just ask Kirk Angel. There's a show here called Aftermath that comes on Saturdays and they rundown the week in WWE, listing the stuff they liked and didn't like, ppv predictions, etc. Former ref Jimmy Korderas is always on it too. But last week they were praising Jericho in his current gimmick, and one of the guys mentioned how this current Jericho feels like the WCW/Early WWF Jericho all grown up. He acts similar in a lot of ways, like being goofy but taking himself seriously, and I thought that was pretty accurate interpretation.
