Sweet, KENTA in WWE is actually going to be a reality. For years I've thought that he was the only Japanese wrestlers who could effectively transition to the WWE style. Cool, now I get to see him job to Del Rio sometime after he wins his first 7 matches. |

Now it all makes sense. Punk's bolting because KENTA wants his moves back... to show us how Japan does it better. I wish I could be excited about KENTA in WWE, but this is the same company that actually found Kenzo Suzuki and fucked up Ultimo Dragon. (and he's starting in NXT?) ... No Dude, it won't. But WWE is the only big promotion that's left that KENTA can go to. NOAH is finished, New Japan doesn't want him, and All Japan won't take him. KENTA's to good to be wrestling in the Japanese indies. |

I do not blame some fans for thinking it's a work. Hell, there was some people in the business who thought the Montreal Screwjob was a work, and that's about as real as wrestling gets. Otherwise, my take is this. While I think it's probably real (I would say I am over 95 percent sure of it), I would be lying if I said there was not a very small part of me that thinks this could be a work. If things are indeed sour between Punk and WWE, which given the way he left, is pretty likely, I wonder if AJ will be punished at all. It wouldn't be the first time an existing talent has been buried due to their association with a wrestler who didn't leave the company on good terms. Here's hoping there's no sudden downfall for our Divas Champion. |

Maybe, but I doubt it. There was no punishment for AJ (or Punk) from the backstage incident at Tribute to the Troops, and that involved her, directly. Now, she may drop the title in the next few weeks, but I think that was probably going to happen, regardless. As it is, she's already held the title longer than anyone else has. |

I do not post on the board a lot, aside from the radio section. I mean, yeah, there's always going to be a few bad apples, and it's annoying when the occasional radio thread every few weeks breaks into a debate about MMA coverage, for example, but that's not really the norm. For the most, the board is the board. It's fine, IMHO. It's like most any other forum on the internet, as far as I can tell. You can check it out for yourself, if you want. If you do decide to join again, I post as thesuperblizzard, for the record. That being said, I mainly subscribe for the audio, not the board. Otherwise, there's plenty of free wrestling forums on the Internet, including obviously this one. |
