Since the holidays will be over and the new year beginning, I think we're likely to be seeing a lot more of Triple H and Stephanie on Raw in more consequential stuff than announcing a women's rumble.

I foresee them screwing Rollins and Jordan out of the tag titles, which makes some sense given there's no love lost between the Authority and Seth Rollins, but I've seen enough of the Authority and throwing their weight around on TV to last a lifetime. Jesus, if you think about it, Triple H and Stephanie have been doing that shit on TV that has lasted longer than some of today's fans life with the McMahon Helmsley stuff in 2000.
Gotta build to that HHH vs Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania match.
I think we all know who's winning that.

Speaking of wrestlemania the rumor is a match between Cena and Undertaker. I do not care for this idea because it's a few years too late, and with how Undertaker left the ring at the last wrestlemania I feel that was the end, even if the match was kind of shit.
The Roman match sucked because it was a forgone conclusion who was winning and the build to it was shit. It was literally the laziest fucking build to any Undertaker Mania match I've seen since his matches with HBK. At least the Shane was a fucking amazing build, but it was basically a McMahon family feud backstory, but Undertaker being directed by Vince to beat the shit out of his son was far better than the whole kerfuffle with Taker and Roman being because Roman eliminated Taker from the Rumble and them having a fight over Undertaker's "Yard."

"I'm the Big Dawg and this is my Yard, woof woof. Time to plant some beanstalks now."
"Here, let me dig a hole for you to bury the seeds so that their souls may grow and Rest in Peace."

Just... awful. The dialogue between those two was awful, even in the vignettes.

Not like this match would be any better, but I could live with it only if we get the Undertaker from 2000-2004. I know out of all the years he's been wrestling, that gimmick Mark Calaway did easily is one of the best gimmicks in WWE the last 17 years and it's a shame we haven't seen it in such a long time.

Then again, the way promos are overly scripted these days would defeat the purpose of bring back the American Bad Ass. That's really the only Undertaker that should show up anymore. He took off the trenchcoat and fedora, now it's time to bring back the jean jacket and bandanna.

Idk, now I feel like writing a short story of Roman and old man Taker planting a garden.

Since the 2018 Money in the Bank ppv will be a dual brand show I sure hope they do one men's MITB match (with 3 or 4 Raw guys and 3 or 4 Smackdown guys) and one women's MITB match (with women from both shows) rather than one match for each major championship.

No idea if it's been brought up before, but Sarah Logan was Concession Kane's boss.

Idk why, but I always liked that Concessions Kane thing. Guess it was because they had all those labels for whichever role he was playing. Demon Kane, Corporate Kane, Mayor Kane, Monster Kane, Big Red Machine Kane, Dentist Kane, Diesel Kane...

Speaking of Stunners, the only thing I've seen in the past of Livewire is a clip of Stone Cold, back when he was a heel, taking live calls and everyone called in and praised him and telling him how great he was and Austin trying to stay in kayfabe kept insulting them.

Heels would be better if they acknowledged that there are fans out there that cheered them, but disrespected them and treated them like shit.

I vaguely remember seeing Joey Styles on Raw, but I don't think I watched this live. It's a promo that doesn't get talked about too much, but it's damn good and just as relevant today as it was 12 years ago:

I remember that episode. It was basically a pipebomb before pipebombs were cool. I remember after it there was debate on whether it was a work or if Joey Styles went off script and cut a shoot promo. But then you have to remember that nothing happens on WWE programming without Vince's say so.

Yeah, that was what really got me into the CM Punk angle back in 2011. I legit thought it was a shoot and Punk was legit suspended the week after he did the pipebomb promo.

Course as time goes by you learn more and more about how WWE works... and how petty of a company it really is.

I just thought I'd bring that promo up because as good and entertaining as the worked shoots are, if everybody starting doing them, they'd eventually just be repeating stuff Joey Styles and CM Punk have said.

Probably safe to say that 95% of the wrestlers in WWE hate the way it's run, but stay for the money.

I wouldn't say it's that high. There's a lot of stuff that goes on behind the scenes we don't fully know that I'm sure a lot of the roster appreciate and don't hate the company.

According to PWInsider, WWE officials have told Paige her in-ring career is over following her most recent injury. Absolutely gutting if true.

Idk, she didn't seem all that into working with WWE anymore. She's done in WWE, they won't clear her, but if she wants she can be a part timer in the UK and probably get paid a fuck ton of money.

In the meantime, if she finishes her contract in WWE, she's probably going to be a manager and will be doing the talking for Sonya and Mandy and in the future cutting promos for Shayna Bazler and Ronda Rousey.

Given that she's been on NXT a bunch, I figure I'd put this here.

Apparently Izzy, Bayley's #1 fan, was managing somebody at an Indie show and she cut a promo and for a 12 year old, she's better than most on Raw or Smackdown on the mic.
