It's kind of sad to see what Lensar has turned into. When he came back in 2012, there was so much hype and fanfare around seeing the fmr. UFC Heavyweight Champ, the "Next Big Thing" back in WWE and the first year was just Lesnar jobbing the fuck out to John Cena, Triple H, working stupid matches with Triple H that he did win, and then FINALLY we got something truly awesome with him and CM Punk at SummerSlam. But, pretty much the past two years with Brock have been really lackluster. It's like after he signed that new contract in 2015 and worked the matches with Taker later that year, he just gave up and stopped trying. We never really got to see a Lesnar-Angle match from Lesnar since he came back and the older Brock gets and the fatter his bank account becomes, the less likely we're ever going to see that. I'd rather just see his involvement with WWE end. I have no expectations that he's going to put the effort into his final WWE match like REAL wrestlers like Flair, HBK, and Austin did. The track record from Lesnar is that when he knows his time is up with a promotion, he barely goes through the motions and he really has no gratitude to the fans for paying to watch him. Not saying this is gonna make me cheer for Roman Reigns at Mania because he's also something that's wrong with WWE in that he was given all the success he has not because he's particularly skilled like an AJ Styles is or a Seth Rollins is, but because he had a look that Vince wants to present as a major icon of WWE. |

The show wasn't too bad. Got a 'Catch these hands' shirt. * Wrestling quality tends to be better. Even the jobber matches were like 20+ minutes long. * The Bork Laser match with the Miz went exactly as expected. He came out there and smashed them all. Then left. * The Miz's promo was pretty funny though. He would have Bo Dallas cover Curtis Axel's ears whenever he would say something bad about Minnesota. rofl * Drunk dude behind me that didn't know shit about wrestling can shut the hell up!
