Yeah, I noticed they both appeared to be missing. What the hell, keep the title on Brock, and he can't even show up on the biggest Raw of the year? And especially with Asuka, where the hell was she??

Brock was never scheduled to appear on this Raw, whether he won or lost at Wrestlemania. Apparently that was a last minute decision to have him retain too as Vince was unhappy with Roman's reactions. It seems silly that now all of a sudden he would care about Roman's reactions though. To be fair they did try something new with painting Lesnar out to not care and be abandoning WWE, plus Roman had some shoot style interviews, but they shot themselves in the foot when they had Lesnar beat the shit out of Roman. Lesnar is effective when he destroys and it's fun to watch, so he was cheered. So it seems the plan now is to have Roman win at the bestest royal rumble because the feeling there is those fans will cheer wildly for anything that's put in front of them (except women competing that is). As for Asuka, who knows? Maybe she's being repackaged as the new statistician for Titus Worldwide? |

I had an epiphany today. Never in my life have I known that the word "pallbearer" existed until today when discussing funeral arrangements. When the conversation of pallbearers came up, I responded "What does Paul Bearer have to do with this?" Ignorance is bliss, I guess. Lol. |

I heard that opinion earlier today that because the fans in Arabia will be happy with whatever they get to see, they'll cheer. I think it's all bullshit because for a year we had this build to Lesnar and Reigns in a fucking disaster of a main event, the second Mania main event disaster in a row after Taker and Roman last year which was kinda redeemed with that ending of Taker leaving his gear in the ring and descending down into Hell making us think it was his last match only for the old fart to come back to squash Cena and not as the Bad Ass, but as the Deadman again. It's a good thing that WWE has said that every match at Mania is a main event because the last two main events have been rendered COMPLETELY POINTLESS. So, instead of Roman winning at Mania, now the big crowning achievement is supposed to come in a shithole country that gave us 9/11 and won't allow women to go outside unsupervised by men. Yeah, okay, great fucking message that sends. Fuck Saudi Arabia, I hope Iran nukes their fucking raghead asses. Vince is unhappy with Roman reactions? It's not like Roman winning at the Greatest Royal Rumble will change anything about how fans in the US view him on a weekly basis. If anything, they will BOO MORE after they saw him get his ass kicked at Mania. Fans are smarter today than they were 20 years ago, they know when WWE is trying to pull a fast one on them and putting the belt on Roman on a show overseas that few people are going to watch is a fast one because it's like "Hey, remember when you saw this guy LOSE at Mania after Brock bashed his skull in? Yeah, he's the champ now, he won after Brock threw him through the cage." I'm so done with Raw. At least with Smackdown there's AJ and Nak and Bryan and maybe Asuka after the draft/shake up. It is very difficult to be a fan or be interested in WWE at the moment. |
