Seeing him win the title from Brock.
This trumps even Wrestlemania XX for me.

I liked his angle with Chyna. His Latino Heat gimmick was cool as hell.

An episode of Cheap Seats you guys might like.

I have fought some guys that weren't actually there and I beat them so bad they disappeared.

^ DDP should be a WWE Hall of Famer just for what he's done for Hall and Roberts, it's a minor miracle to get one off drugs, but both is on the path to Sainthood.

I just finished watching the Shield-Rhodes Bros. Tag Team titles match from Raw last month and that is probably the best tag team championship match I've seen since the DX-Legacy and DX-JeriShow matches of 2009-10. Firstly, the match was given enough time to build up to the crescendo moments at the end where Big Show made his predictable, yet commendable entrance that swayed the match into Rhodes Bros. favor.

The action up to the halfway point of the match is nothing special, but it fits the formula of wrestling where the match continually builds up to better moments. Still, a big move like a brainbuster or Roman Reigns sitout powerbomb from the 2nd rope would have added some wow to it in the beginning, but it doesn't kill the match with its absence.

The storyline build to the match was great with Cody being "fired" for not sucking Triple HHH's ego and Goldust returning on Cody's behalf. The match against the Shield at the prior ppv is an intricate part of the storyline and helped to make the Raw encounter much more special by being a title match while the ppv match was not. It goes to show that when used properly, a championship can be a decisive tool in making feuds and matches that much better. Basically, this is how a title(s) should be used, not something that's thrown on guys to make them look better, but to make the drama of the story better. Shield vs Rhodes Bros fits this criteria perfectly.

The inclusion of Big Show, while not that necessary, and also being quite unusual, was enjoyable as he adds a presence with his size. This is the role that Big Show excels at and should be playing: that of a tremendous enforcer/supporting role. He has shown, repeatedly, that he is not capable of playing the main role either face or heel and with hindsight, he should not be facing Randy Orton for the championship because it is not his place. That role should have fallen upon either Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, or Cody Rhodes.

Overall, Shield vs Rhodes Bros is a ***1/2 match. It features enough action, especially at the end of the match to warrant such a score, but the main reason for the rating is the storyline and handling of the tag team championships, which hardly played a factor in the match because the feud overshadowed it. When a feud can be better than and isn't the only compelling reason that the match was created in the first place, it's a good match and I can safely say that this match was a good match.

Of course I write this review a month after the fact on a Tuesday where no one will likely read it.

You do realise I've occasionally spent time writing out comments that analyse aspects of WWE, only to be read by a couple of people (Most notably, The_Dude) and then forgotten about instantly.
