I'm not very interested in the show these days. Smackdown is different, it's an hour less and it can keep my attention more, but I don't care to see Orton, Cena, or Wyatt. If Balor, Rollins, and Joe could find their way to SD, that would peak my interest a lot, don't see that happening tho. We'll see how things change with this draft, but I am burnt out from the 6 hour Mania and life in general. |

Top Guys! They get a win too, outstanding! Push them to the top and have a feud with the Oldy Boyz. Finn is back, too sweet! Evil Emma is badass. Who are the faces in the women's division? Did Nia turn face? Looks like New Day, Zayn and Charlotte are going to SD! from what I saw tonight. Banks heel turn will come next week? They have to be doing it, right? KO wins the US title and takes the pin... I'm happy they're protecting Joe, just sucks that someone had to lose there. Balor going after the US title? Not sure where they're going. |

All these new-ish faces in WWE is really something to see. Rollins, Balor, Joe, Owens, Styles, Wyatt, Harper, Ambrose with guys coming up from NXT like Nakamura and Roode coming up later this year is very promising considering they'll be working with guys like Cena, Orton, Lesnar, and the Hardy's. I think there's a ton of potential for great stuff coming, but the problem I have with WWE is the presentation. Yeah, the stage looks nice and a few things have been changed up here and there, but 3 hours of Raw, 3 announcers on Raw, 4 announcers on Smackdown, super long ppv's that tire out the audience and turn main events into snooze fests, these pointless backstage interviews with nameless interviewers, the bland storylines and angles, the inevitable McMahon influences on said angles, the half assed pushes some guys get only to be de-emphasized and put on Main Event... it's that stuff that really weighs it all down. When stuff like Undertaker's final match occurs, that match should feel big. It didn't because nowhere along the "Road to Wrestlemania" or even at "The Ultimate Thrill Ride" did any of the announcers say anything along the lines of, "If Reigns beats the Undertaker, Taker will have no reason left to keep fighting in the ring." The announcers were more focused on putting a tagline like "Ultimate Thrill Ride" on the show rather than focusing on what makes the show the "grandest stage of them all." Idk, maybe it's too hard to sell a match today and it's easier to give the appearance of a show's greatness by just saying that the show is/was great without anything really epic happening. Because, face it, the match between Reigns and Taker was far from great, it was a bad match and main event no less. Reigns borefest with Triple H last year was actually better in comparison. The true main event that was to come out of the show was, I guess, Undertaker taking off his gloves, hat, and coat and walking back to the ramp and descending back into the underground realms of Hell from whence he came. That 8 minute situation did come off well, but the match was a piss poor presentation by everyone involved in it from the two wrestlers, to the announce team, to Vince, to the production staff. I blame two guys for the poor presentation plaguing WWE now: Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn. Vince is where the buck stops and Kevin Dunn is the lead production guy for the company. Unfortunately, neither of those two guys will go anywhere until Vince is dead. |

TV could not even begin to express how NUCLEAR that heat on Roman was. It. Was. Brutal. There was also a "Don't Say Shit" chant that didn't make it to TV doing the rounds as well. Even when Roman did say his line, the booing was so loud none of us actually heard what he said. That heat really did my voice in, I could barely speak after that moment.
