I was starting to get worried that all the inductees were going to be people I'd watched when I was a kid. Luckily Jeff Jarrett's broken that run.
You didn't watch Jeff Jarrett's continued use of "slap nuts" and rise to World Champion in WCW because all the other top stars had given up at that point??

I've gotta admit, this is an incredibly strong class going in the Hall of Fame this year. Thus far, there's not a single questionable entry, IMO, which if I recall correctly, isn't exactly something that could be said for the past several years now. I may not be a fan of everyone going in, but there's no denying that every single one of them is definitely Hall of Fame worthy.

I didn't start watching wrestling until a few weeks before SummerSlam 2000. Never saw WCW when it existed.

Indeed. Another rumored name for this year is Bam Bam Bigelow which would be another fine addition. Unfortunately, Kid Rock is the rumored celebrity nominee.

You missed out on the live and uncensored dancing of Ze German, Alex Wright

Yikes. I think they should really maybe consider stopping this whole "celebrity wing" nonsense. :negative:

As to Bam Bam Bigelow, hell, I'm actually kinda surprised he's not already in the Hall of Fame.

I didn't start watching wrestling until 1998 and at that all I could watch was Sunday Night Heat. Wasn't allowed to stay up past 9-10 on school nights until it was around 2001.

I remember I'd watch Raw on Monday, Smackdown on Thursdays, and Whose Line is it Anyway Tues-Friday.

Then on Saturday's it was cartoons in the morning and in the evenings, when Mom was at work, I'd make really long and intense "phone calls" to wwedivas.com.

Whoever was the producer for all those Divas pictures belongs in the WWE Hall of Fame, especially this one of Ivory

I'm honestly surprised just how many people are opposed to Jarrett going in the Hall of Fame. This is just seriously bizarre to me, he's totally a more than worthy Hall of Fame inductee, especially when you take all of his contributions to the industry into account over the course of his career. :?

I thought the same thing.

All I really know about HillBilly Jim is that in Smackdown: Here comes the Pain he was an unlockable character that I never used.

But good for him for getting the call.
