How wrong was I? How so, so, so... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO very wrong was I? Bate. Dunne. MOTY so far. Had to know something was up with the Tag Title Ladder match being last - and slightly spoiled by a singer's Instagram post from a few days ago - but I suppose it gives the D.I.Y. boys something to do while they're still in NXT. Given their match in the Cruiserweight Classic was in my Top 5 matches of last year, it's going to be sweet when they go for round 2. The rest of the PPV was alright, but completely overshadowed by the UK Title match. Takeover peaked way too early with that match being so good. |

Great show. The UK title match will end up being the best match WWE has all year. Heard a rumor about the Ciampa turn and when I saw they would be last, I knew it was coming. Gargano's ladder to the face was as brutal a spot I've seen in WWE Itami is a badass Strong is also a badass. Like him using Death by Roderick as his new finisher Women's match was solid. Hope to see Asuka's new heel character grow Great heel turn by Ciampa. Right up there w Rollins and KO |
