I watched Raw last week, possibly the worst Raw all year, and reading through the chat, I think I'm skipping Raw for good. I'll be home July 3rd, so I'll get to watch the go home show into Great Balls of Fire, but there's some much wrong with Raw, after Great Balls of Fire, I may not even bother watching the Raw ppv's, let alone Raw. I can tell you Brock ain't losing that title until Summerslam at minimum, Wrestlemania 34 at maximum. It's possibly we're in for this brand without a champion shit for a while. It hurts the show, it takes what would be the biggest feud of the show each week, the main event of every Raw ppv off the table and is replaced with #1 contender matches and at times the IC title. Then, it also ensures we get stuck with shit like The Titus Brand, Kalisto, Nia Jax, Dana Brooke, and a bunch of other losers that aren't important or people we care about. This leads to garbage segments and contributes to make a horrible show among other things that plague Raw. The only hope I'm holding out on is the type of match we'll see with Lesnar and Joe. I hope we get something as close to Lesnar vs Angle at Mania 19 and not just Screw-It-plex City. If I have to sit through a 5 minute ride through Screw-It-plex City, I'm done with Lesnar and Raw for good. |
