Ziggler's the new Undertaker
Does that mean he's going to take half a century to walk to the ring from now on?
If he does, he can finally retire when he's halfway down the ramp and by the time he gets back to the Gorilla position he can be laid to rest.

Samoa Joe should be on Smackdown. Raw has enough monsters with Brock, Braun and Roman that Joe will likely never get a fair shot. Plus with the insistence on making Rusev into a goof Smackdown could use a good monster.

Plus Joe vs AJ.

But that's not a move that sabotages Smackdown and sets up Raw as the clear A brand. And we can't have that. :leo:

There's a rumor going on that the plan is to keep Jinder the champ until Wrestlemania. Firstly, what a terrible idea that is and it will not be doing Smackdown's ratings and attendance any favors. Second, if true, moving Joe to SD really doesn't do much to improve the brand unless he gets a run with the US title.

There's no question though that Joe on Smackdown is vastly better than him on Raw.

But think of all the new business they're getting from India with Jinder as champion. Surely that alone is worth turning off their North American audience. =-D

Jesus, Jinder as champ going into Mania? What the fuck...

I mean, it'd be one thing if the guy was at least putting on good matches. But he's not even doing that, so what's even the point anymore? There are literally no match-ups against him that myself, or probably anyone for that matter, can actually say they'd look forward to. The guy is a complete and total all-around dud. :facepalm2:

I'm willing to give Jinder a chance to become a bigger star but he needs to lose the belt first. I remember Steve Austin once said it as a criticism to the MITB cash ins that someone shouldn't be given the title in an attempt to help get them over but rather they are given the title because they are over. And that's exactly what the Jinder experiment is all about. Every time I see him I think of the title as a prop that was meant to get him over, which hasn't exactly worked so let's try it again without the pressure of the WWE championship added.

SmackDown Preview: October 3, 2017

Even as SmackDown LIVE gears up for WWE Hell in a Cell this Sunday, bedlam threatens to come early when Commissioner Shane McMahon stands face-to-face tonight with his Hell in a Cell opponent, Kevin Owens.

Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens to stand face-to-face.

At WWE Hell in a Cell this Sunday, Shane McMahon will step into the dreaded Hell in a Cell structure for the first time since WrestleMania 32, looking for retribution against Kevin Owens for KO’s brutal attack on his father, Mr. McMahon, several weeks ago.

Though Owens showed last week that he is just as ruthless as ever when he attempted to end Sami Zayn’s career, that didn’t stop him from retreating into the WWE Universe when Shane-O-Mac emerged to engage him.

What will happen when the two the adversaries stand face-to-face inside the ring tonight on SmackDown LIVE, five days ahead of their career-altering showdown in The Devil’s Playground?

The Usos plan to read The New Day their rights.

Last week, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day elevated their longstanding rivalry against The Usos to a whole new level when they proposed a Hell in a Cell Match for their title showdown at Sunday’s pay-per-view. The no-nonsense Samoan warriors accepted this challenge, and the stage is now set for what could be the most destructive clash yet between these two remarkable teams.

What will go down before then? Find out tonight when Jimmy and Jey read The New Day their rights tonight on SmackDown LIVE.

Shinsuke Nakamura interview to kick off SmackDown LIVE.

After several weeks of controversial taunting from WWE Champion Jinder Mahal, Shinsuke Nakamura finally had enough last week and took out both The Modern Day Maharaja and The Singh Brothers in explosive fashion.

Now, en route to their WWE Title Match at WWE Hell in a Cell, don’t miss an exclusive interview with The King of Strong Style, scheduled to kick off what promises to be a highly-volatile episode of the blue brand tonight.

The Lone Wolf to go back to war with Tye Dillinger.

Following weeks of unresolved issues between Tye Dillinger and Baron Corbin, who have both been vying for the opportunity to challenge AJ Styles for the United States Title, Dillinger’s chance to take down Corbin was eradicated last week when The Lone Wolf hurled The Perfect 10 into Styles and assured Dillinger couldn’t answer the 10-count, resulting in a count-out victory for Corbin.

The two Superstars will once again clash tonight, but with only five days remaining until Corbin’s U.S Championship Match against Styles at WWE Hell in a Cell, will the Phenomenal titleholder play a part in the outcome?

The Fashion Police return in search of justice.

The headline speaks for itself. Even with all the anticipation for this Sunday’s WWE Hell in a Cell event, one cannot help but be excited for The Fashion Police to get back on the case. Don’t miss the latest installment, as Fandango and Tyler Breeze look to get to the bottom of Team Blue’s biggest mysteries tonight on SmackDown LIVE.
Oh yes, it's true it's true!
