It just seemed silly because it wasn't fully confirmed that Sami turned heel by then. He helped Kevin but at that point in the show we still didn't know why and when Owens came out he didn't even know why Sami had done it. They've been feuding since they got to WWE and even before that so it's like someone said 'well they're probably best friends again now, let's put them in the same dressing room.' Just seemed like jumping the gun putting both their names on the dressing room door. |

I'm not sure, I don't think that having both of their names on a dressing room door would've been enough to confirm a heel turn. Not that I've watched Smackdown yet, but what you wrote actually sounded kinda intriguing to me, like WWE were purposefully planting bread crumbs so that viewers would second-guess themselves up until the big reveal. Then again, maybe you had to be there to see it in action to understand what their intentions were, I don't know.

 SmackDown Preview: October 17, 2017 At WWE Hell in a Cell, Bobby Roode beat Dolph Ziggler at his own game, grabbing a handful of The Showoff’s tights to ensure his first pay-per-view appearance was victorious and glorious. But when Ziggler blindsided him with a Zig Zag after the bell, Roode was furious. Last week on SmackDown LIVE, The Glorious One challenged Ziggler to a fight, only for The Showoff to back away. There will be no turning back, though, when the two square off tonight on SmackDown LIVE at 8/7 C on USA Network! Sami Zayn to kick off SmackDown LIVE! Sami Zayn left the WWE Universe in utter shock last week, first pulling Kevin Owens out of the way of Shane McMahon’s leap off the top of Hell in a Cell, then showing no remorse for his actions and embracing his once-estranged best friend on the blue brand. Zayn’s sudden change of heart has left WWE fans with even more questions, and WWE.com has learned that Sami will address the WWE Universe at the start of SmackDown LIVE at 8/7 C on USA Network. What will he have to say? WWE Champion Jinder Mahal to make Survivor Series announcement. After defeating Shinsuke Nakamura to retain his WWE Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell, Jinder Mahal returned to his homeland of India as a conquering hero to promote WWE’s December tour there. Now back on SmackDown LIVE, The Modern Day Maharaja is planning to reveal some big news for his plans at Survivor Series on Sunday, Nov. 19. What does the WWE Champion have in store for the 30th anniversary of WWE’s Thanksgiving time tradition? Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler meet in WWE Hell in a Cell rematch. The heated rivalry between Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler will reach a boiling point when the brash Superstars clash in a rematch from WWE Hell in a Cell tonight on SmackDown LIVE. The two collided for the first time last Sunday on WWE Network, and The Glorious One got the upper hand on Ziggler, rolling him up with a handful of tights to earn the victory. A furious Ziggler got up after the bell and planted Roode into the canvas with a Zig Zag. Last Tuesday on SmackDown LIVE, Roode called Ziggler out for a fight. The Showoff appeared ready to give The Glorious One what he wanted, but backed out, saying their rematch wouldn’t go down that night. There won’t be any backing out in this WWE Hell in a Cell rematch, though. Who will be victorious: Bobby Roode or Dolph Ziggler? United States Champion Baron Corbin to be in action. Baron Corbin cemented his place as the United States Champion last Tuesday on SmackDown LIVE with a huge victory over AJ Styles in his first title defense, and immediately after the bout, The Lone Wolf took glee in rubbing his win in the face of the WWE Universe, promising to “buy a boat and float down a river of tears” from fans. Corbin will be out to set sail on SmackDown LIVE, as he will once again be in action. Will The Lone Wolf’s journey to antagonize the WWE Universe continue? Breezango break open their next case in “Pulp Fashion”. Breezango were back on the beat at WWE Hell in a Cell with a new edition of “The Fashion Files.” Revealing that their deep dive on the “2B” case sent a man to jail, Tyler Breeze and Fandango inadvertently discovered that it was The Ascension looking “2-B” their friends all along. However, when one case closes, another opens, which was, quite literally, the case for The Fashion Police. A mysterious briefcase that gave off a golden glow was left at their precinct’s doorstep, leading to the start of a new investigation. What will this new case have in store for Breezango?
