Of course with the Cruiserweight Division, they are almost unlimited as to where they can perform: 205 Live, Raw, Main Event, NXT (although none won on the latter) - therefore with more opportunities than anyone else, plus a very thin roster, it's probably no surprise Cruiserweights make up 6 of the Top 10 this year. Finn Balor is 3rd, just 2 behind Rollins despite only making his first appearance this year the day after WrestleMania:

Charlotte Flair is a joint 3rd with a rather disappointing Nia Jax - in that for the majority of this year for the main roster shows, Nia Jax actually led the OVERALL tally of wins, only getting overhauled in October believe it or not. Alexa Bliss is an unusual 6th, having not won a match since the end of October (she only competed at Survivor Series in the last 2 months of the year):
